Excellent company to provide HVAC services. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. The two repairmen they sent out, one being Bryant, were very professional and informative. They were able to assess my A/C issue relatively fast. Bryant clearly explained the repair or unit replacement options available to me. Overall experience has been great. Look forward to their next visit to replace my old A/C system to enjoy a cool summer inside.

During the hottest period of the year on a holiday we got next day service. They arrived on time and communicated via text the whole time. The tech (Gabriel) was polite, friendly and clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had cool air blowing within 30 minutes.

We just bought a home, and the way it seemed it WASN'T taken care of, we wanted to do the air/vent cleaning. I have no idea if they ever did one at this house, so we wanted to check all the boxes.
Mason and Luis were super friendly and professional. Great conversations and worked around our electricians, like they weren't even here. They worked for about 2 hours, making sure they cleaned every vent and cleaned up after their messes. Wearing shoes covers, so no water or mud got inside the house. Great guys!!
Their prices beat out all the rest, at only a little over $200, and it was worth it.

I can’t say enough about how great this Company and the personnel are! Our A/C went out Sunday night at 8:00pm on the 112 degree day. Fourth of July in 1 day. Called Monday morning at 8:30am (crossing our fingers), and they agreed to come between 11 and 2 THAT DAY !! We were afraid of what it would be and cost. To our pleasant surprise, and with their sincere honesty and professionalism, it was a compresser and coolant. Fixed everything within 2 hours. Cold air again, and on a holiday weekend! Won’t state the price as we don’t want to put them in a corner, but it was amazingly lower than we would have ever expected. Just can’t say enough about Johnny and his Johnny on the Spot Company. Will only use them for anything they work on. Thank you sooooooo much!

I just had my AC tune-up and dryer vents cleaned out by Johnny on the Spot. They installed two AC units previously and have always been professional and done a good job. And if there ever is an issue they always take care of it and make sure the costumer is taken care of. The only reason I don't mark 5 stars is occasionally there have been some minor hiccups over the three years I've used them, but as I said they always make things right in the end.

The guys were terrific. Mason made sure he left the floors as they were clean. My one complaint is why are we signing so many forms. I could understand 2 but my goodness I lost count! I asked Mason to ask why? Other than signing I will surely let others know your company is the best. Thanks for getting it done so quickly.

I received a free tune up from a referral by family. Gabriel was able to bundle in a couple of thermostat change outs with a repair required by a discovered fault and swap them out quickly. All units running well now.

Problem: after a DIY fix I requested an inspection to verify suspicion of a damaged compressor. Tech verified my work, diagnoised the system to be functional and provided options for the damaged but functional compressor.
Additional services were offered that are likely a good value for most.
Arrived in under 60 min.
Tech was clean.
Tech was prepared for the job.
Tech was friendly and helpful and answered technical questions most customers wouldn't ask.
Tech has mobile payment system via iPad.
Customer support via yelp message was slow (~5-10 min lag) to respond but likely the fault of the yelp messenger or they were helping many customers at once. Eitherway not faulting the rep as all responses were concise, professional, and best of all not pressuring.
Lastly: due to my own questions and likely miscommunication on my end I was charged a annual service fee vs $49 diagnosis fee. Tech apologized advised it would be refunded later. Assuming that is also pain free. 5 stars high recommend.
