Alpha Air Conditioning Repair & Installation

I had an outstanding experience with Alpha Air today. I needed a smart thermostat installed and the owner, Artur, came out himself to assist me. Artur was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the entire installation process. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, and I felt confident in his expertise.

The installation was completed in about an hour, and Artur was very efficient in getting my system up and running. He even took the time to show me how to use my new smart thermostat and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Alpha Air. Artur provided excellent service and made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Alpha Air to anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you, Artur and Alpha Air, for your exceptional service!

Quite possible the best organization that I have worked with. Terri on the phones is excellent in keeping one informed, automated messages, invoicing etc. The crew is quick, professional and patient, very rare qualities in today's environment. My AC broke on a Tuesday, they attended to my call for help within hours, gave me my options and a portable air conditioner to keep me cool, installed a brand new 5 ton Trane AC on Friday, they had to request help from a crane company that picked up the new AC and placed it in the requisite spot, no dolly for these guys, they did not want to scratch the new machine. Excellent pricing! Just enjoyed working with all of them. Artur the owner personally visited me twice and dropped off some complimentary sensors and air filters. Hats off to Alpha Air. Please keep up the good work.

I cannot even begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Artur at Alpha Air! We were having some issues with our Thermostats and system and thankfully I found Alpha Air! Artur was quick to respond to any questions I had, knowledgeable about the system, punctual to all appointments, thorough through the job, and a pleasant person to work with.

My AC decided to die out on a typical 109 degree Las Vegas day. I called at 510pm and someone answered right away to talk to me. They had a tech to to my house within the hour who quickly diagnosed my AC unit and was able to fix it right then and there. Super friendly and knowledgeable, would 100% recommend to everyone!

Great experience with this company. Our AC condenser was slowly dying this Summer and we contacted two different AC companies to try and fix it. One of them couldn't source the parts and the other told us we needed to expand our ventilation system and get better windows. We decided to wait until Winter to fix it but the system gave up the ghost before we made it.

We had no AC and it was still 90-100 degrees outside so we called Alpha Air. We called at 5 PM and they were out the next morning. They diagnosed the problem (internal short in the condenser) and gave us a good quote to replace the entire system (based off what we expected from our research on prices). They were able to source the equipment and replaced the entire system the following day. All told it was just under 48 hours from when we called to when we had a brand-new AC unit and furnace.

The system has been running great since and we haven't had any issues. They are even coming back out to do a free inspection to make sure everything is functioning as it should. I'm glad I found this company and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased Trane AC and furnace units for our home from Alpha Air and could not be a more satisfied customer. I obtained 3 quotes from different companies and Alpha Air was the best quote and value. Artur and his team are extremely professional and responsive to questions, even after the installation. The installation was done in one day, and the installation team covered all of our floors and did not scratch any of the floors, walls, or doors. I am very satisfied with Alpha Air and highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating.

Our downstairs A/C quit working amid this heat wave. Checking out reviews we contacted Alpha Air. We got an appointment the very next day, they showed up within the said timeline- and even sent a txt message letting us know who was on their way. William was great! He quickly solved our problem, was knowledgeable, very courteous and polite. We will certainly be calling them again (if any future issues) and highly recommending Alpha Air in the meantime! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Been going to Alpha for several years now to repair my old units. One finally took a dump completely, so I went to Alpha for the job. I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but cheaper doesn't always equate good customer service. And I knew using them in the past they were responsive and quick with my repairs. Recently the new unit stopped working. So I was super concerned. But they sent someone right out, he discovered it was a switch problem not caused by their install and replaced it at no cost. I highly recommend the team at Alpha. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
