Bryant was my tech. He was early, pleasant, professional and went right to work. Thankfully it was just my thermostat, so it didn’t take too long to fix. My tech was right on top of it. The young lady on the phone who took my call, was also extremely pleasant and did her best to get someone here right away, considering it was 108° out!

One of my AC units was not working, when the temperature was 106 F degrees outside. A dispatched contractor by my home warranty company came and found the compressor needed to be replaced. Right after he left my house, the second AC unit stopped working. We were totally surprised and we suspected a sabotage act was done by the technician. So, both of my AC units were out of the service. Another technician was sent to us by my home warranty to check on the second AC unit. He was unprofessional and very rude to my daughter when she was trying to get an diagnosis from him. He claimed that the unit contents a lot of dust and needed a clean job, without doing any actual tests. So, we sent him away. A friend of my daughter’s referred Johnny on the Spot to us, so I entered a request for an appointment through JOTS’. Within 40 minutes, Bryant Zarazua, the technician called and said he was on his way to my house. A pleasant surprise to me on quickly the response was. After Bryant tested the unit and found that there were not any problems with the unit and it was operating. He found the power switch was turned off inside of the AC power box. Once he switched it on, the AC started to work. I couldn’t believe that was really happened. Evidently the previous technician purposely turned the switch off without our knowledge. Out suspicion was accurate. Through this experience, I know I can trust and depend upon JOTS and I will alway use their service in the future. I sincerely appreciate Bryant’s honesty, professionalism and courteousness. He was an outstanding technician. Thank you.

Let me set the scene: We have been waiting a week for Home Warranty to respond to a failed AC unit. We have two elderly in the Las Vegas home with temperature around 113 in day time. It was going to be another week before Home Warranty could come out and evaluate the unit. Called Johnny on the Spot mid afternoon on a Friday. He responded the same afternoon and said the unit needed to be replaced. Gave Him the green lite saying we would do private pay. The Next Morning (Saturday) the unit was being lifted by crane ontop the roof. The system gave the home immediate relief. Thanks Again for saving a bad situation from getting worse.

Johnny AC is my go to company for AC preventative maintenance and service. Luckily James has been at my home over the past 2 years and always does an excellent job for us. Making an appointment is easy, fast and timely. James shows up on time, is masked and he wears a readily identifiable uniform. Because of his 12 years of experience, James's work is thorough and he completes the job in an efficient manner. After the job has been completed he shares his tablet with me. The information provided shows me Johnny's maintenance, service and unit replacement costs, w/o any real sales pressure. I highly recommend Johnny on the Spot!
