BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair

First encounter with Best Air was Curt, the tech who came out and quoted us the 2 complete replacements of our a/c split systems, was very professional which helped in our decision (price too) on going with this company. They literally came out the next day and replaced the 2 outdoor and attic units within 6 hrs. Thanks to the installers Brendan, Lenny, Christian, Brian, and Ernie. They all work together, like a well oiled machine. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing or a/c work.

Mike was fantastic. 5 mins early. Well dressed. Tells us the obvious of our water heater eating the bed. Gives us all the facts, and options. We required his work, but Mike is short handed, yet still does a water heater install single handed.

I have the morning off, so I stick around to seek knowledge about water heaters while he works, and Mike has given me a basic knowledge understanding of everything to be aware of with entire home maintenance.

After 2 hours of straight work and non-stop questioning from my side, Mike came off as a very honest person, amiable and expressive, and happy family man, with funny stories if you are inquisitive like myself.

Then the wife remembered our backyard water hose was broken, and he was prepared to tackle the job immediately, all while answering more questions I came at him with.

Mike loves his job and praises his company, saying he wouldn't work for any other team. He wiped up every area, wore boot gloves indoors, and the pricing was fair, but he saw my cute kid, and went out of his way to call the supervisor for a small discount on the speaker phone for us. Big bonus!

Our family WILL call this company to request Mike for any more home maintenance when a professional is needed.

Always great customer service with this company. Daniella and Julio in the office helped me schedule an appointment, answered all of my questions and had my new favorite technician Lenny Garcia at my doorstep almost within the same hour. My AC stopped working, turning my house into an oven. Thankfully these three professionals helped prevent me from turning into a roast chicken!

Fernando and serenity showed up earlier than expected. They were very thorough, in explaining what they were doing while being friendly, kind and approachable. They even assisted with taking away the old parts and the box. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. I was also pleasantly surprised that Fernando was working on his birthday. What a dedicated professional. In fact, I had AC work done the day before, and that team was also very professional as well. I really admire this company.

BEST air conditioning did an amazing job. They've working with me every step of the way when my air conditioner went out from sizing my air conditioner and getting it all in as fast as possible. I had an issue with the condensate pump from an ac unit that BEST air installed 5 months ago. There was some confusion regarding warranty and coverage but in the end, BEST ac plumbing repair was able to replace the unit quickly and efficiently under the warranty. I greatly appreciate the service and prompt resolution and will continue to be a member and use them for any future issues with my HVAC system or plumbing.
