Robert and Mike were wonderful! They arrived within an hour of me calling, were extremely professional and explained everything they did. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend them.

We called about a plumbing issue and they sent Zach out that same day! Zach was awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He got us scheduled a few days later when we were ready. They even followed up to confirm my appointment time. Fernando and Toby came out to do the work. I had to leave for about 20min and had no issue with leaving the guys to work. I was expecting it to take about 3 hours, they were done in just over an hour. Very impressive since they had to remove a toilet and put it back. Both Fernando and Toby were very professional and friendly. I'm no plumber, but from what I can tell, great work! They didn't leave me a mess, everything was cleaned up and put back. We will definitely use them again!

When our AC broke down I immediately search on google to look on the company that will check it. I am glad that I chose Best Air Conditioning to check the AC and they did not fail me. Curtis did a great job on inspecting and explaining for the cost and replacement. Very knowledgeable guy on what he does. I will refer for friends and family just in case they need a company that will do the repairs or replacement. Thank you Curtis am sure the company you worked for are so proud they have you in their team!

Mike came out to help me through a plumbing/water crisis. He gave me a thorough explanation and walk through on what I should expect when it comes to the way water is supposed to drain along with just overall being a very knowledgeable technician. He definitely deserves some sort of recognition. Thanks again Mike for all the hard work.

We homeowner in downtown Vegas—our system crashed and it was hot as blue blazes. Called these folks and they sent Ivan right over. He troubleshot our older system and found the compressor had gone out. He fixed it on the spot, didn’t try to sell me a new system, and engendered real confidence and trust. Great cost points and I’ll use these folks regularly.

LEGITIMATELY TRUSTWORTHY! Repeat customer for sure in the future for all our needs. Great discount club membership is reasonable—while I shy away from these things usually, I’m joining.

I had forgotten I was due for a maintenance check. Best Air didn't.
I received a call and was offered an appointment that fit my schedule.

On the day of I received a call a informed they had a cancellation and could be there in about twenty minutes.
Very professional they didn't just show up unexpectedly.
