Nowadays, everything is word-of-mouth and someone referred me to this company and trust me, if you’re ever in need for any repair that has to do with your air-conditioning, heat and much much more, this company will take care of your very need and we all know that when Vegas gets hot, it gets hot and when it’s cold it’s cold. We had Mike and Brandon take care of our plumbing issues and install a whole home filtration system. Mike is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to address all of our needs. Brandon installed everything perfectly and was very nice and professional. 10/10 will be using their services in the future.

Shout out to Janielle and Anthony for doing an excellent job on our AC install! Janielle was able to find the right systems for us at the right price. Anthony not only replaced the ac units but made all the connections look very clean and professional.

There’s a reason why they have the word best in their name. Their customer service representative at Raven was very assertive made sure we were taken care of and it got the right technician to our house to fix our air immediately hands-down this company is the best.

I was shopping around for complete unit. Alex from sales came to home assessed and provided the best estimate. Later Lenney and Baylen installed the complete System professionally and did the wonderful job. I really recommend to anyone who is looking to install or repairs.

I had a problem with my water stiffens. It kept being at me, but I couldn't find the error code on the web. I called Best, who installed it, and they sent Fernando. He was extremely courteous and personable, answering all my qt questions, and he took the time to explain his fix.

I'll definitely keep using them.

Dustin was an incredible tech for us! He got here early in the appointment window, was super communicative and very personable. Clear and upfront pricing without the OMG high initial charge attempt like some other companies.

Due to a kitchen remodel and then the plumbing issue, we were without a kitchen sink for almost a month. Thanks to Dustin and Best, we are up and running again and so thankful! Highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

My technician, Alex, was fantastic. He provided a courtesy phone call and showed up on time. No heavy sales tactics, did what he said he was going to do and explained everything to me. He made some suggestions and provided photos detailing his work.

Product: New Navien Tankless water heater, and NOVO HTO/HTOK. Over all these two products in combination have made a huge difference with our daily routine of running the dishwasher (dishes are cleaner), washing machine (clothes are cleaner), and our water from our showers and faucets(no itchy dry skin feeling). Also we got hot water galore! 🤓👍🏽👍🏽🤓

Also, thank you Zach Reese 11/02 11/8, 11/11, 11/18 , Brandon Juarez 11/03-11/04, 11/13 for going above and beyond replacing our front water faucet outside, and new venting on the side of the garage, Christopher Beesley 11/7, and David Acosta 12/09 took pictures to submit to city. You all were professional, did a great job, on every aspect of the install even though there were a few hiccups. It took a while for the city, I'm assuming; to approve the gas hook-up. Jason Lobo was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I feel that I bought the best product for my needs. Bonus... he is a very kind and compassionate person.

Update: After the installation I was finally able to get an appointment for the duct cleaning. That happened just this past Friday. The gentleman who did the cleaning managed to break a vase and scuff up my walls seemingly without remorse. Then he told me that he wasn't responsible for replacing the trim that they had to take off to get the equipment to my attic...I was told he would do it before he left. The trim is still not replaced. I had an appointment for inspection yesterday but no one showed. I called and was told that they would call when they're on the way. 24 hours later I'm still waiting for that call. I feel like I was only important until I signed the contract and now I'm not even an after thought.

FOLLOW UP: To follow up on my update. Julio and Ernie came to replace the trim. Evelyn set me up with a new inspection date. Julio was very kind and courteous. Both Julio and Ernie were very professional and respectful. My faith and my original good feeling about this company has been restored. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend them.
