Called BEST because my ac had went out and anyone who knows vegas heat knows that an AC system going out is the last thing you want during summer time. I spoke with Martha who was very courteous and understanding of our situation and she was able to get our tech AJ out same day! AJ was great with explaining everything there was to know about what’s going on with my system and ultimately I had to change it out due to it being super old. I then received a call from emilee to get my install scheduled and she explained everything in great detail of what to expect and what appointments I had after the install was complete.
