I just want to say how professional, honest, clean, courteous and well trained these techs are for Air One. Marciano & Jose were awesome & they even put on foot covers over their shoes when they entered my house.
Lots of suspect companies in Las Vegas but Air One is awesome & have made me a customer for life. They're an easy 5 Star Rated Company.
The repairman i believe his name was Alredo or Alberto was professional and very pleasant. Very honest also... Highly recommended. i wish all repair people were like him....
The best service I've ever had! Our A/C started making a really bad noise about Midnight, so I called them this morning about 10:30. The gave me an appointment for today from 11am to 2pm. Marciano showed up around noon and even had the new Fan Motor that we needed on his truck, so our A/C was back up and running before 1pm. He even tested the freon level and installed a new capacitor. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and didn't even mind answering my questions! I highly recommend this company, and especially Marciano.
Their phone support is always on top of things. They called me right back and set up a service call for the next day (wow! other companies are usually a few days out).
When Air One came out to service our A/C unit, and I was pretty nervous because the weather is just starting to get really hot. The fan wouldn't kick on and our unit is pretty old. I was worried that the bill would be huge and I'd be taken advantage of but not so! The technician arrived on time 10:00 to be exact, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He installed a new fan motor and had the unit back working again real quick. I was very impressed. He was also very courteous. I'd highly recommend Air One and I'll definitely have them come back in the future to service my A/C.
They have come to make service calls 2 years in a row. Last year they had to come three times before the problem was fixed. This year they came first time and my air worked for 2 days. Scheduled the second time and they didn't show up to correct what they should have done the first time. They have been paid, but have not fixed the problem. Didn't even bother to call to say they were not coming. I wouldn't use them, but they are a vendor through my home warranty company. I called the warranty company and the representative said she tried getting in touch with them on the regular line, the emergency line, and another number she had and got no answer. I understand being overwhelmingly bust, but not shoddy work and 0 customer service.
Our AC went out so we called our home warranty company and they sent this company out to fix our unit. Found out we had a bad compressor and they needed to submit the work to our warranty company. It has been 3.5 days and they still have not submitted the request to our warranty company. We call air 1 and the girl claims she has submitted the work twice, then we call the warranty company and nothing has been submitted. I finally get the warranty company to call air one directly and the girl that answers the phone tells my warranty company they've been too busy and had not yet submitted the claim, but might get to it by the end of the day. My warranty company will not let me use a different company since this one already came out, but it has been over 110 for the last week here in Vegas and we are now without air for 8 days. Air one should have submitted the claim the same day they came out or at least within 24 hours due to the extreme heat we are having. I wish I could give one star because Air One will not only lie to you, but they are RUDE as can be when you call and ask any sort of questions. Why am I the bad guy for calling to make sure you submitted the claim? You lie and say you submitted it, but then admit you had not submitted the claim when my warranty company calls you directly.
I was very weary of this company after looking at Google reviews. However, this is who American Home Shield contracted for our furnace. After having a HORRIBLE experience with a diff company over the summer, I was anticipating the worst. Boy was I wrong! They called me 20 minutes after I submitted my service request and got me in first thing this morning (thankfully, cause it's cold!). They gave me a window from 7 am until 10 am for their arrival. Hector arrived at 7:45 am and got right to work. He figured out the problem (2 broken parts) and had them in his truck. He installed the new parts and we finally have heat again. I love that he came with a stocked truck and didn't have to leave etc. He was personable and prompt. The last company left us without A/C for 10 days in July (110+ weather) and I am so thankful that we didn't have to go that long without heat right now. Thank you Hector and thank you Air One!
Oh, how I wish I could give zero stars.....June 21st was my second experience with Air One on a non-working AC unit through my Home Warranty company, and is the 2nd time they have been to my home for an intermittent AC issue, which has become more frequent than not over the past 2 months. The first time, a few months back, they checked the entire system, ran calculations on load, etc., and could not diagnose the issue because it was not occurring at the time of their visit. I was told to call them when the problem occurred and they would immediately send someone out to check while malfunctioning....so I did, and the office girl said no one was available. They eventually made it out on July 2, at which time the AC Unit was working again. They left, stating that they were going to review all of the info and try to diagnose...and nothing...not one word, despite numerous calls from both me and HSA. My AC is still not functioning, and it's now August 20. The Home Warranty company just replaced them due to non-contact and lack of resolution, despite multiple requests for a diagnosis, and I am hopeful that their replacement can offer a resolution. Their technician was great and seems to want to help, but their office staff is rude and obviously management/ownership doesn't give a *&^% about their reputation or the quality of work or whether someone is without air in 117 degree Vegas weather. Let me diagnose it for you...it's the CIRCUIT BOARD, you incompetent weasels! (*deep breaths*...Sorry, I'm a bit irritated from an AC Unit not being fixed all Summer with temps ranging from 102 -118 degrees in Vegas during this time frame). If it's not the unit, not the fan, and not the thermostat...there's only one component left and that's the circuit board! Such a simple fix, but obviously one this company cannot handle. No wonder they offer a $10 Starbucks card for good reviews on Google & Yelp, along with a raffle for $50....makes you wonder how many positive reviews were done in exchange for free coffee. Avoid this company at all costs. Air One is inexcusably unprofessional and completely incompetent...you would have better results picking up a random worker from in front of Home Depot for the repair.
