This Company is fantastic!!! After a not so great experience with another company I asked my warranty company to send Air One Heating and A/C back out because a previous experience a year earlier had been very positive. I was really glad I did. I instantly felt relief talking to there office staff as they were so kind and professional. The technician who came out was Marciano who I had also worked with a year prior. Where as the previous company had struggled to give me straight answers on the problem and canceled on me several time, that was not the case with Marciano. Marciano explained things very clearly and did a much more detailed and professional assessment of the system than the previous technician. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed with a few hours. Marciano and this company seem to take pride in doing things the right way. They are not about easy fixes or selling you stuff you don't need. It may sometimes cost you more to use their services than other companies but that is because they are investing the time and quality that is going to give you the fix that you need, not the fix that is going to get them a quick buck from you or the home warranty company. I will never use another company. I have complete trust in Marciano and his staff. Thanks again for fantastic work!!!!
During the winter my coil and fernace was changed through home warranty. Couple of days ago when trying to use the AC there was no cold air coming. I decided to call privet company and not call back to home warranty cause it takes so much time and it really hot. I wanted to get it done. Privet company came and checked the unit. Run pressure test and said there are no leaks, but probably the company that was here last empty the Freon and didn’t put it back. The tech said I need R-22 which they don’t carry. I then contacted NV energy and ask AC company recommended by them. One of them was Air 1. I made an appointment with them for today. When the tech arrived I explained him that pressure test was done and all I need it the Freon. He then was trying to sell me a pressure test. I explain that it was done yesterday and I He said I need to sign the form says they are not responsible. I said I can sign it, just put the Freon. And i called the company who came yesterday to prove him pressure test was done. But when he didn’t like that and just started walking to the exit without even telling me goodby. I’m with my baby in my arm, on the phone, running after him at 85 degrees trying to understand why he is leaving. Then the office despach calls me saying they can’t give me service cause I decline pressure test and even if it was done before they can’t be responsible. A second ago he was about to service me if I sign the form, second later he changed his mind and just started walking to his truck. Didn’t look back at me when I was asking what’s going on. He left me in the heat, with 11 month old, with out Freon in 85 degrees. He chose not to help me cause I didn’t buy pressure test. I will be praying every single day to god to send poor health and poor wealth his way Amen 🙏
The service this company provided me was great. From the initial call the office Manager, Uni, was fantastic. She explained everything perfectly. Plus, she got the service professionals over to my house in a matter of hours. And the techs corrected several issues in less than an hour. Very happy. I highly recommend them.

Air One was dispatched from my home warranty. These gentlemen, came to my home, and made a repair and told me to watch the unit, and call if I had any problems. The unit held for about 6 hours. I called as soon as I got off work at about 4:45 pm, they close for the day at 5. The office staff was wonderful, and said she would be sending someone back out. She said they want the customers to be happy. The technician was at my home within 15 minutes, and diagnosed the problem. He made a temporary fix to hold me for a day or two, and told me if they had the part, at the shop he would have them rush the repair. I was called the next morning, and was told they had to wait on approval from my warranty company. I called the warranty company myself. They were also wonderful, approved the repair, and I agreed to pay my extra part. I hung up with them, and was called back by Air One immediately to schedule for them to make the repair, the following morning . I was scheduled from 7-10am. They technicians were at my home by 6:50am, made the repair, and I didn't have to miss work. They were polite, professional, and I am beyond grateful! Thank you Marciano, Alberto, and the other tech that helped me so much! That is how you run a Company, and people will definitely return as customers!

We had an issue with our downstairs HVAC unit so I put a ticket in with my home warranty and requested Air One Heating & Air Conditioning to come out since they had worked a prior issue for me. What I liked the best is they have most parts on their truck to fix most items. For my HVAC repair they didn't have the part however within a couple days they were able to get the part and repair my A/C. I highly recommend if you have a Home Warranty that you request Air One Heating and Air Conditioning to come to your house. They are very professional and on-time. Thank you Air One.
I was on the phone with AHS warranty to schedule service. While speaking to them about another service, Air One called immediately to make an appointment to fix our air conditioning unit! I was shocked an even had to hang up and answer their call! I really appreciate the friendly, professional and quick response.
Called Air One today and they immediately scheduled an appointment for today. Marciano and Christopher were professional, efficient and friendly. They diagnosed the problem and made recommendations to repair a/c.They did not try to upsell any unnecessary services. I highly recommend Air One 👌
The service response was immediate and the technicians Alberto and then Marciano came out twice to access the problem. They were diligent about finding and resolving it. I really appreciate Marciano taking into consideration the options and what the cost to me would be then giving me the ability to decide which way to go.
