    New in town and I have found my A/C company !
    I've had a total of THREE other companies come to my home and they had all failed to fix my unit.Finally Air One sent a tech to me , he checked my unit ,made a call and returned the next day leaving my unit working! I could not be happier with this company.They now handle any problems i may have plus maintenance on my unit..they're amazing!

    Typical Story, My AC goes out and I call for repair. The lady that I spoke to on the phone said that the tech would be out today (9/11) between 8 AM and 1 PM and no specific time could be set. At 12:35 PM the Tech calls and asks me if it is raining. I reply yes. He follows up with "is your home a two-story" to wit I replied "no". He then told me that he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. Five minutes later the office calls to confirm the appointment. It is now 30 Minutes later and he arrives. I meet him out side (in the rain no less) and he tells me it is raining. This is pretty obvious; but then says that he cannot make any repairs in the rain. Unbelievable!

    Sadly for them, I work for a national management company with offices in Nevada. This could have been a fantastic opportunity for them, but instead they will never set foot in the door.

    Horrible experience with their technician that came to inspect my unit. Called to get my AC checked out for a grinding noise they wouldn't see me for a week so I called a different company who advised me that the entire until is in horrible condition and should be replaced but when air one technician came he didn't introduce himself, wouldn't answer any questions
    and simply told me, "it's alright bro, its just a little low". When asked what and why was "it a little low" he stated the freon was low and that it happens. When I asked if there was a leak or any other issue or what was the condition of my unit he again responded with. "it's alright bro, it'll work" . Definitely made me feel as if it bothered him that he had to come to work and do his job. Would not recommend this company but was stuck with them due to my warranty. By the way this was written two days after ac's freon was "refilled" and now my AC is totally not working.

    Surprised by negative reviews. Air one has been taking care of our ac and heating units for over 8 years, never an issue. Have always been honest and caring when we have needed their services.
    Will recommend to anyone without hesitation!

    Home warranty sent them didnt really have a choice. The guy came to the house and seems to be stoned. Didnt even tell me his name. Than he told me nothing was wrong with my a/c other than a dirty filter and than left.!Didnt even leave any type of paperwork or anything. My a/c is still not working. Its currently 90 degrees in my house waiting for a company I called to come out and figure out why its not working

    Would give no stars! A tech name Bryan worked on a unit below my dad's. In error and admitting he turned off my dad's compressor. He said he turned it back on but my dad who is 65 today still has not had cool air since this error since July 28th. Oran, the manager does not care and doesn't return calls and avoids me. Law suit is being filled and complaints to CPA, BBB and AG. As well contacted HOA to exile this company from stepping ground on Alondra Condos!

    They sent out 2 peope who didnt know what they were doing. Used tbe words "i think " a lot. Ultimately they thought something was wrong that was not. They reported the wrong part as bad to my home warranty causing them to choose not to cover it. I called another ac company who told me tbe correct information and fixed me up at a cheaper rate quoted by this place. Wont ever reccomend them to anyone.

    It seems that I to must be added to the growing list of unsatisfied customers. I actually chose them so I can't blame anybody but myself for not doing research on the company. I had them replace a unit last summer under their advice. It made it trough the summer that's all. I guess you get what you pay for in this instance. Please listen carefully what sounds good in being a lower price will cost you the same or more in the long run. Please Mr. President get rid of shady business owners.

    They came out. Checked my air conditioning. The tech was very nice and professional. Explained what he was doing and what was wrong with it. Everyone in the office I spoke to seemed nice. I will add a update of anything changes.

    STAY AWAY!!! They came to fix my AC... They told me it would be $79 to fix the burnt wire that was causing the problem. They showed up and fixed it but then gave me an invoice for $499. I refused to pay the $499 because I didn't approve that much. They are now taking me to small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.
