Last week I discovered that my air conditioner was not cooling and since we live in the furnace referred to as Las Vegas I contacted my home warranty company immediately. Air One contacted me soon after and scheduled an appointment. I must admit I was concerned after reading the reviews; however, Air One was nothing but helpful and attentive from the start of the job to the finish. I can attest to the fact that Air One's online reputation is not a just representation of this company or its employees.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company I would never recommend to my worst enemy after the experience I have had over the last two weeks with them. This company is a "pass the buck" kind of company and always wants to put blame on other people instead of helping a customer with the issues at hand. They were called to service my AC unit that was not working and they came out only to never call me back after they were here. The only reason I ever heard back from them was because I called them and tried to talk to them about the issue with my AC unit. They put all the blame on the Insurance company and accepted no responsibility for the lack of communication etc. They even then put in my file that I wanted an upgraded unit instead of my unit fixed which was a complete lie, and all this did was put a stop to my service request until I called in. Had I not called my insurance company today I would still be waiting... It had been 2 weeks since my initial claim was put in and still we do not have AC in the upstairs of our house in the 100+ degree heat here in Las Vegas. So today I called again only to have a "customer service agent" names Star that works for them try to hang up on my multiple times and was very rude. Then I finally got a call from my insurance company to tell me that Air One Heating and Air Conditioning was refusing to come back to my house. SO I called Air One back and a guy named Orin was the one I spoke to. He just like his amazing co-worker Star was rude, and actually hung up on me. These guys are a joke and they have the ratings they have because they are a bad company with terrible customer service!! I will say that the two men that came to my house initially 2 weeks ago were awesome and I hope they treat their employees better than they do their customers!! DONT USE THEM
Air One is our only choice. We have been customers for several years and have never been unhappy with their workmanship. The workmen are always very polite and considerate when entering my home. Oscar and Maynard did an excellent job of preparing our air conditioner for the summer season. Oscar has been to our house many times before and always does his very best to please.. Maynard was also very diligent in his job. A pleasure to call the office and deal with accommodating and cheerful clerks.
I had issues with my ac and my warranty svc recommended Air One to service my issue. Tech recommended the compressor had to be replaced. The staff at Air One who i had called several times was very friendly, especially Mayra. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Air One for any ac services!!
Had trouble with my heat and Air conditioning system. Was nervous after reading some of the reviews. But Air One was GREAT. Service was scheduled quickly. Marciano and David were on time and identified and fixed the problem immediately. Made sure things were in working order before they left. Knowledgeable, professional and polite.
Receptionist was very rude, company never followed up, had to call for information, and was talked rudely again. Took them 9 days to decide they didn't want to work with us. And we had to call to find that out. Let me explain, they left a war veteran, with multiple health issues without air conditioning during the hottest week of the year so far. Is this a company that you want to trust. I wish them well. And good luck...
I would not use this company. They came out and told me I needed 10 pounds of Freon in one unit and 12 pounds in another. I then called another company and they pointed out on the HVAC label that the units hold 5 and 6 pounds respectively.
Air One wanted to charge 100% more Freon than what the units and the lines will hold.
be aware: i just got off the phone with a "supervisor" regarding the work order on my property. he was extremely rude and condescending... also hung up on me when i called him out on it.
they wanted to leave my tenant without ac in the middle of summer in las vegas for three days and they wanted to charge me for 8 pounds of freon even though the unit doesn't need any!!!
it's no wonder they have horrible reviews. not sure how they are in business!

UPDATE: June 20, 2019 / Thursday. -My Air Conditioning Unit went out yesterday around 4:00 p.m. (June 19, 2019) -Home Warranty AHS (American Home Shield) confirmed AC Unit was completed on their website (Pictures below) on June 05, 2019 (14 days ago), installing New Compressor/Evaporator Coil (Leaking)/Refilling R22 Refrigerant (10 lbs) -Called AHS this morning 05:23 a.m. on an update & she notifies me that Compressor was approved on June 10, 2019. Also, AOH&AC (Air One Heating & Air Conditioning) received Compressor on June 13, 2019. -AOH&AC confirms on June 13, 2019 that Compressor is in & on Monday (June 17, 2019) they would install Compressor/Evaporator Coil (Leaking)/Refilling R22 Refrigerant (10 lbs). NO CALL OR SERVICE AS OF YET -INITIAL RATING was 5 Stars, stay tuned & we'll find out what happens from this point on? Once I access what happens today, I'll change RATINGS accordingly.

My personal opinion on their services was OUTSTANDING. Let's start with Customer Service, which Star was beyond AMAZING on handling/explaining Home Warranty request & technician arrival. Pedro analyzed everything in detail on my Air Conditioning Unit while working with Mariano at the same time. They checked the outside & inside to make sure the AC Unit was adequately inspected. Also, receptionist Victor was accommodating & went beyond the call of confirming the appointment.
As an Ironworker here in Nevada, I so APPRECIATE the hard work while working in this heat. Fyi, I've been here twenty-five (25) years & know what is hard work. Mahalo's (Thank you) Star/Victor (Receptionists) &, Pedro/Mariano (Technicians), for your precious time/commitment of going above the call.
They do a satisfactory job diagnosing the issues, but like to lie and make problems bigger than they are to scare homeowners so they can try to sell a new system for thousands of dollars. Another lie they like to tell customers is that their home warranty will not cover something and it is better to just get a new one now instead of waiting until it breaks down.
