Air One Heating & Air Conditioning

Spoke to yaddi, very rude hung up on me and when I called back to get the manager she acted as if there was something wrong with the phone and hung up again. She literally went off on me on the phone because I wasn't pleased with their service! Why is she working with customers???? Not good! By the way no A/C until the end of next week possibly the week after that because of the holiday. 4 children in a home and it's already 90 degrees in the house.

The staff is exceptional and professional, and I would highly recommend them for whatever your needs are for heating or sir conditioning. I was more than pleased with them from the first time I had to make my emergency phone call.

This company came out after another company dropped the ball. Air One's tech was polite and took care of everything. I would use them again anytime I needed AC work.

These guys came out to fix our AC unit almost a year ago to the day. AC fell out again this year, turns out they put in the wrong compressor and now our home warranty won't cover repairs.

I was called immediately after I placed the service call in and they fit me the same day. The tech changed my thermostat and gave heating and cooling tips. Thanks!

expensive and not even know how to turn on a simple heat pilot not experienced at all

This company refuses to stop auto dialing my cell phone with recorded sales messages after I've made repeated attempts to have my phone number removed. I would not recommend anyone do business with such an unethical company that uses illegal marketing tactics.
