Joe had a long drive to get to my home in Northwest Summerlin. Arriving after 6 PM, he used his time wisely and effectively to satisfy us as new customers. He explained all of the services he would provide to the A/C unit and didn't finish until after dusk. He provided top-notch preventive maintenance and the total cost was the same as previously agreed; no games. I do not hesitate to recommend Ambient Edge and Joe for all your home A/C needs. Good company/great technician.

Daniel was nice, professional, informative, and quick. We were so thankful he came out so late to repair our a/c. Especially as our home warranty company couldn't find anyone.

Brian Asbjorn did an exceptional job on the 4/2/2020 service call. His willingness to explain what he was doing and to answer my questions was much appreciated. His experience, maturity, efficiency and caring attitude were important to me and make him a real asset to Ambient Edge.

We had a very bad experience with this company. We called them to let them know our AC was freezing up and told them we had the same problem a couple months before. We told them that the last repair person added Freon but they did not have any leak stop so they just added Freon to the system to get it up and running. We told them it was an old system that used the old type Freon and that we also wanted them to add Leak stop to the system as well. They sent their technician to our home to check the system. They informed us that we were correct and that the system was low on Freon but they said they did not carry the old type Freon. They also told us they did not have any leak stop and tried to convince us that it would not help. The technician then informed us that we owed him $79 for his service call even though he did absolutely nothing to repair our system. We called another company called Got Air and what a difference between the two. Got Air is a small Mom and Pop operations run by Mike. He immediately told us that he loves Stop Leak for older units that he can often get years more life out of them with a simple can of stop leak. This has been our experience as well with another unit we have on a home in Kingman. He went out added stop leak and more of the older expensive Freon and our entire bill was only $200. This young kid from Ambient Edge sent us a bill for $80 to do absolutely nothing even though we called the company and told them exactly what was wrong before anyone ever looked at the unit and we told them it used the old Freon and it needed more. He said he did not carry the old Freon nor the Stop Leak even though when we initially called the company we told them this is what it needed. IMHO this is a big company that specializes in taking your money and could care less about the happiness of the customer. We had a completely different experience with Mike at Got Air in Bullhead City. He is a very honest good guy making a living for himself and standing by his work. He is not a big business overcharging at every turn and trying to generate extra service calls for himself or trying to convince you that you need an entirely new system just because yours is old and that stop leak doesn't work to stop minor Freon leaks. All I can tell you for sure is that you will be much happier with a different company than this one. This is a big company operation with offices in different cities and that is how it is run. We had a very unfavorable experience with them and that is why I am writing this review.

Today I had the pleasure of having a tech by the name of Jordan come to do my routine maintenance on my unit. He was very pleasant and very helpful. Recommended things based off of my questions. Needless to say this is who I plan on requesting for my future services.

I have had 3 technitions over a couple years and each tech was amazing to see them work to get our system working again. Save time and money with Ambient =Thank you Corey and Ryan and everyone else who supports our quick appointments !

Joshua Monroe was on time , called before he arrived. His inspection of my air conditioner was extremely thorough and gave me the impression that all is well. He explained the entire process from start to finish. I have had Ambient Edge for 2 years and have never been disappointed.

As in the past, Ambient Edge came to the rescue. Our technician this visit was Joshua Monroe. Just like Christopher Johnson did the previous visits, Joshua delivered exceptional service and discovered a duct problem that we were unaware of and was able to come back a few days later to repair the duct and what a difference it has made. As always the service was professional, courteous, & clean. Joshua went the extra mile to ensure everything was up to my standard before leaving. We will continue to call on Ambient Edge, Joshua & Christopher for our AC & heating needs. Highly recommended.

Travis was very professional, had a lot of knowledge of the installation of our water heater, he was efficient, cleaned up area and worked quickly. Very pleasant personality. I would recommend him highly. Thank you

Brandon did a terrific job. He had a bit of a challenge in the beginning, and rather than bad mouth a defective part, he took resonsibility for creating the situation and resolved it. I beleive in the honesty of this company.
