Christopher called ahead 30 minutes like I asked them to. After talking to him on the phone for a few minutes he made me feel very comfortable with the service I was going to receive even before he got here. Outstanding service and young man. I would highly recommend their service and Christopher as a technician.

They put in a new 5-ton HVAC, the new one did not work.
Needed to replace some valve on the new HVAC. Still not working.

So glad he was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. In and out....didn’t drag it out. Offered a few different products and services but wasn’t pushy at all making it a painless experience! I will use them again. I highly recommend the Spring special it was cost effective and affordable.

With one of our a/c units going on the blink late on a Saturday night we contacted Ambient Edge based on what we saw on Google Search, the reviews, what they offer, etc. Someone called back quickly and actually offered to have a tech over around midnight...we said Sunday morning would be ok. We were given a window of 8 am till 9 am for a tech to arrive today. Andy called at 8:15 to say he'd arrive in 20 minutes which is exactly what he did. He discovered the problem quickly and within 1 hour he had the parts replaced and cool air flowing back into our home. We have found our new and trusted a/c company to take care of our needs. I had Ryan Scaffer as my technician. He went above and beyond, is well informed, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. This is 2 out of 2 times I have had a positive experiences with Ambient edge. I actively recommend them.

Josh was very professional and explained everything he was doing . He wore a really cool face mask (per my granddaughter) He was a pleasure to speak with and put our safety as a priority while in our home.
