Jaime is a very personable young man who greets the customer with a smile! He called several times in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. We chatted a bit about the service and then he headed up to the roof to check things over. When he had completed the service, he spoke to me about the age of the AC system and the condition of said system. Couldn't have been better! It was like having a friend take care of your air conditioning system, and even better, a friend who knows what he's doing! This was my first time using Ambient Edge, but based on my experience with Jaime, I will be a repeat customer for sure.
