Evolution Air Conditioning

Totally stellar service. These guys were the only people to actually pick up the phone in the middle of the night when our unit went out. Lee showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue almost immediately, and then stayed to conduct a complete multi-point inspection to make sure we wouldn't have to call again anytime soon for anything preventable. Both Lee and his leadership Dennis displayed fantastic professionalism, courtesy and customer service. I sure hope I never have to call anyone for service on my A/C again, but if I do, I know who to trust.

I love doing business with the people at evolution. I have been using their services for about 1-1/2 years now and really enjoy the process, knowledge, and respect from everyone at this company. The also service my pool heat pump, and do an outstanding job with that. I recommend anyone who is considering using this company for HVAC or Plumbing, or anything else they do, that they give the people at Evolution AC a call.

I give this company a 5 star. I normally don’t give reviews….. hadn’t done in many years, but this time I’m doing it because this company really deserves it.
Well, I first used Bob’s heating who never solved the problem plus late all the time. Changed some parts, but still my heater didn’t work.
Thanks to this company…… to Jason most especially who found my heater’s problem and was very supportive to his team. And thanks to Robert as well, who’s also very experienced.

We have used Evolution Air Conditioning for many years. Servicing our old unit until it was just 15 yrs old and cost too much to keep. Evolution AC gave us a great price and installed our new unit a few years ago and continue to do an excellent job with twice a year check ups / inspections as we belong to their membership program. The techs are all very polite, courteous, on time and very knowledgeable. Anytime anyone asks for recommendations I have always said Evolution AC will be the only company you need.

I have been using Evolution for years now. They come out to Pahrump and are on time everytime. They are very professional and detailed oriented. I love that they always email me a copy of my cleaning services which include detailed photos of my unit. I would highly recommend this company. I always use Jason as my rep and are very happy with his professional manner even down to using shoe covers and vacuuming any mess that is made. Jason is 10/10 in my book!!

From start to finish Evolution was professional and courteous. Our technician Robert was prompt, and thorough in his assessment of the problem, and worked diligently to resolve our air conditioning issue.

I know of this company on a different capacity, being a educator and having ran the program at the College of Southern Nevada for a while. I had the unique ability to compare and view many of the companies in the valley. They have a top notch company excelling on all areas. They do both in house and out of house training. They are honest and reliable andwith the amount if experience and knowledge I have gained in a 30 year career each and every time Jason or Dennis spoke up I listened . The vast amount of knowledge they possess between them ensures a quality ,well thought out and professional job. They are not hacks or fly by nights who has a warranty only untill the tail lights are no longer visible but a dominant force in every aspect. The students I placed there years ago ae still there and learning. They treat the employees well and they in turn have devotion. I am proud of the students they employ and of them for continuing the education. No one stays stagnet they all move forward each day learning and sharing what they learn. All I have is a debt of gratitude to them for allowing me to witness the correct way to do business

I've worked with dozens of HVAC contractors throughout my career in the Community Management industry, but NONE come close to the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work provided by Dennis, Jason, and the rest of his team.
