These guys are fantastic - timely, dependable, extremely knowledgeable, and some of the nicest people in the service industry. I've probably used them 5 times already, for anything from repairing a leaky toilet to installing a kitchen faucet to detecting a slow leak. I will never employ another plumber if I had the option!

He and his crew are excellent and trustworthy plumbers. I called them to come fix a leak that had started on one of the three water heaters they installed 1.5 years ago; not only did they fix the leak for free, but they also noted some ventilation issues that needed to be addressed (by a plumber who is no longer with them) and scheduled a follow-up to redo the ventilation, which they did for free to honour their original commitment. He will undoubtedly be our plumber of choice in the future.

Our AC went out the day we had family coming into town from Illinois. We got one quote from a different company but we felt we should get a second opinion and I am SO glad we did. Zack took one look at our AC unit and knew exactly what was wrong! He was here in 45 minutes of us calling and got us quoted. They came the same day to install and saved us about $5K compared to the quote we got from another company. These guys are skilled, knowledgeable and quick. If you need AC repair or install, this is the team to go to.

We live in an ancient house with original water pipes. We'd called another firm for a bid on replacing all of the old copper pipes, and they both promised faster service and a lower price! Were extremely professional, courteous, and far beyond our expectations. Unlike the other quote we received, the vertical pipes to our shower and sinks were also changed, so we are now certain that if additional problems emerge, they will not be related to our plumbing. We will definitely contact them again, and we are grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with them. Thank you very much!

He is incredible. We phoned him since our previous electrician had not done a good job. We were continuously changing light bulbs and had no idea why. So we called him to check if there was an issue. He called me soon back and arrived an hour later. He showed us the problem and then repaired it. He is a generous man and, without a doubt, the BEST electrician. I wholeheartedly suggest him to everyone!!!

My plumber was excellent! He arrived on time after informing me that he was on his way. Was wary about social distance. He's a really kind man. AND, my drain is now operational, which makes me very happy! I've already recommended them to numerous individuals, and I definitely recommend their company!

The plumber arrived at our property the same day we phoned to inspect our sewer lateral system. Despite simply being contacted for the camera scope, he went above and above by contacting us directly to the Sewer Lateral Inspector and advised us on the best strategy to repair our current system. He's a good, honest man, and that counts for a lot in my book!

I've had them out for two tasks in the last several months, and each times they've nailed it. Both tasks were producing some awful odours in my basement office - a horrible DIY plumbing work from the past being the worst of it, but the bad, but different scents returned after a few of months. Our antique kitchen drain line had entirely rusted, resulting in standing water, bugs, flies, and rodents partying in my crawlspace - GROSS!!!
