Jaden did a regular AC check-up for me praising your company for being a good one to work for. He gave me his card when I asked how I could give a review. Jaden was very competent, informative and did a thorough job. My husband was a mechanic and those with mechanical skills are so often not paid well, usually by commission. Jaden pointed out that your company pays hourly. I know that employees do not feel pressured when extra things come up that have to be done and some can be tempted to do a fast unsatisfactory job on commission trying to make a fair wage. Because of the fairness of their pay and the great work done, I will always call Ambient Edge for all my air conditioning needs. And ask for Jaden! Thank you.

Reached out because my ac drain outside near attic was leaking and I remember being told once to look out for that because it would be an emergency if it happened. Mike called prior to arriving. Very professional and offered to wear booties in the house so he doesnt get anything dirty. He fixed the issue and I was educated along the way. I apologized if I werw hovering but I explained I like to learn along the way and he said it didnt bother him 👍 Ive worked with Mojave Air Conditioning before they bought were bought out and I can confidently say im sticking with Ambient for my ac needs.

They techs were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done and stayed late to complete the project. They even put the ladder back in the garage. Would highly recommend them / use them again.

Jaime was very professional and timely. Our old system needs revamping and we are not quite ready. Too expensive for us now but he explained everything to us.

Jaime is the man. Personable and knowledgeable and even willing to teach you what he is working on to include why something is bad AND good. Tie that in with no pressure to do anything you don't want to and they win. Will be using them for anything I need in the future.

The technician Jamie was friendly, thorough, efficient, explained what he was doing, and what the most reasonable maintenance options were without pushing service not yet needed. I would recommend the service.

We use Ambient twice a year to service our HVAC unit, to make sure it is running smoothly. Maintence/repair persons have always been curtious, efficient, & friendly. When they installed our HVAC system, they made sure everything was clean before they left.

Very detailed oriented and went out of his way to show me results and explained the ranges and normal temp. Would recommend! Oh, he even offered to change out my filter.

Chris was very professional. He explained everything he was doing. He made sure I understood operations of the system they had installed. Everything was neat and clean before they left.

Great service. Good technician.But Ambient charges and extra $24.00 if you pay your service for a full year rather then monthly. Not happy with that at all.
