A-1 is the first contractor in years to make sure the freon leak in my AC/Heater was fixed rather than just putting a bandaid on the problem. They were professional, timely, kind, and even liked my dogs!

A-1 quality has been to my 4 times this summer. Which right now it is 108 out. First time they found a leak. They fixed it but 3 weeks later same issue. Came back out. New air compressor needed. 4 week after that same issue. Found another leak. Now 2 weeks later same issue. And now they are refusing to come back. Which means they do not guarantee service. Which means a new tech. And More money.

Bill and his wife Wanda were great Bill refuse to leave until he figured out the problem his wife Wanda understood my frustration she was here with her husband helping out she was a great person to talk to She kept me smiling even though she knew I was frustrated I appreciate both of them my air conditioner is running great and cold now I would recommend this company to anybody and they get 10 Stars not 5

Very professional checked out every aspect of the problem did not quit until the problem was solved even left to get parts. Returned with parts in a short amount of time and fixed the problem. Cleaned up well. Very Personable
