Got a email from my home warranty about upgrading my 20 yr old HVAC. This company was chosen as the local vendor. Called to get appointment, was recommended a Maytag HVAC replacement. They arrived at appointment on time, and did the inspection. Did a google search, maytag is a 2.9 star rated system, so that is out. It is not dependable. Did a google search, and this. Company is not BBB member from what I saw. Waited, never heard anything. Called the company, receptionist says everybody went to Reno, and didnt put any info in computer before theylel, an d wil put it in Monday. Called home warranty, they said same thing. Not happy with any of this, so when the time comes to upgrade I will be looking at another company. Its now 19 November, have never heard anything from this company or my home warranty. Guess it really doesnt matter, this company will NOT do my ugrade regardless of how much it could save me money wise
My mom has a swamp cooler. Previous times it has been a challange having it serviced. It seems every summer we have to have it looked at shortly after starting it up. These guys were awesome. Chance came out the first time. He was very thorough and explained everything. My brother mostly handled it because he is more familiar with the swamp cooler. We had them back out for a possible leak yesterday and this time Eric F. came, again very thorough and explained everything. Very pleased with both. Would totally recomend A-1 Quality Care, LLC.
My rep was Chance. He was very professional during the entire time he was here. He checked the outside AC unit and then the furnace. Diagnosed that the main board wasn't sending to the outside condenser. Replaced it and checked both the furnace and ac were running and blowing cold and hot. Everything went back together with no issues and recommended that certain things down the road will need to be checked. All in all, I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Chance and Bill did a great job finding the issue for my downstairs unit and spent the time explaining everything they were doing for the repair. After the repair, Chance tested the system and showed me how he knew the problem was resolved! Thanks for the resolution of a problem that has plagued my system for years (literally!).
A-1 Quality Care tech and office personnel were professional, excellent product knowledge. Timely with appointments, honest with their assessments and caring with a capital C!!! I would highly recommend them, and use their company for inspections and repairs etc.
Professional and informative. He told me about why you don't want the AC too low or it could ruin the machine. Very good to know! I loved that he didn't keep that a secret so it would break for him. This company has definitely earned my trust.
Came to fix the A/C in the summer. Worked for a week, then it went down. Waited a week for the second for the second attempt. They sent out the main guy this time. He got go it working. Turned on the heater in the winter and now that is blowing cold air. It worked before A-1 repaired the A/C. They don't guarantee their work past 60 days.
They thought they fixed the furnace problem however, the furnace stopped working two hours after they left. Returned the next day. Found another problem with the furnace and they thought they fixed it but, furnace stopped working the next morning. Needed to call another company. The tech was nice but inexperienced.
My experience was very positive. Steven, Wanda, and Josh all worked hard to resolve my issues. They care about their customers, are very professional, and know what they are doing.
