Would give A-1 Quality Care LLC Reno location zero stars if I could. I was without a working AC for two weeks because the first tech (Josh) sent out FOUR DAYS LATER said everything was working perfectly and that he couldn't see any issues and to let them know if the problem continued and they would be out promptly. They were contacted later that afternoon because it was still clearly not working correctly. The next tech (Chris) came out TWO DAYS LATER and said he couldn't do anything for us because our pipes were frozen (wait, so everything wasn't working correctly before? ) and that they could send someone out the following week 4.5 DAYS LATER. It was Josh again and he claimed to replace the blower motor, and a week later the "new" blower motor is not working AT ALL. Called them today to get someone to come out and make this right, and they scheduled me for EIGHT DAYS FROM NOW. I have three kids (2 of which are babies) and this is just completely unacceptable! They have horrendous customer service and will give you every excuse in the book for why they aren't able to fix anything.
A new company came out today and confirmed that the blower motor needed to be replaced, and said that the alleged new one looked very dirty and old. But he is doing everything he can to replace the motor by tomorrow afternoon or Saturday morning at the latest! Now THAT is customer service!
I was referred to this company by my home warranty. They were able to schedule me an appt within 24 hours! Chance was our tech and he was extremely professional, on time and courteous. He found the issue in a timely manner and repaired it very quickly. He was very thorough in explaining the issue which I appreciated. Our AC is now back up and running. Very happy with the service we received.
Air went out on a Sunday & assigned by my warranty company same-day. Talked to Crystal at A-1 on Monday & scheduled for an 8A Tuesday with the promise of an earlier appt if one came up, AND... Wanda got me squeezed in on Monday instead at 10A & Jason had me fixed & cool by 11A.
I think most people are hesitant when it comes to maintenance issues, especially where cost is concern, even with warranties, & most of us don't know much about appliances. But each of these individuals at A-1 were kind & empathetic to my dilemma, because it was hot & I got very little sleep the night before, but they were also fast, efficient & made the whole process seem really easy ... they gave me peace of mind & that's the most valuable service of all.

Recently used A-1 for a home warranty repair on the A/C. They were super responsive and timely in scheduling. But a special shoutout to Jason, their technician. What a ROCKSTAR!!! He grinded through not only the diagnosis and repair, but was good humored and great to have at the house. I love to learn about my home systems and he was instructive and great to talk to. Pretty sure that the experience with A-1 got an extra star because of him. Great work!!!
I won the jackpot with A-1 . . . with a home warranty, it's the luck of the draw who I receive. I am soo grateful I received A-1. Eric was prompt and early in the window of availability. He quickly found the problem, but because my unit is so old, he couldn't guarantee the part could be found and fixed until Monday (this was Friday). But he got on it right away and was able to complete it by that afternoon! If I have to choose a company on my own, A-1 is definitely #1 for me!
I just wanted to leave an amazing review for Wonda! She was such a massive help with making sure we got our AC fixed in a timely manner. AHS warranty kind of screwed up our work order and cancelled it but then reopened it for us and Wonda went above an beyond to help us stay on the schedule to make sure we got a tech out. The technician Chance that came out was also Amazing. He was very professional and detailed in explaining everything to us. He got the job done and helped us finally cool our home after 24 hrs of dying in this Vegas heat! I appreciate great customer service and truly just wanted to recognize both these employees for all their efforts! We will definitely be return customers and will tell our friends and family about this company! Good honest company's are hard to find now a days! Thank you both and stay smiling :)

You saved us in this hot summer that 2 other conpanies could not find the problem. One problem was termostat plus other problems he fixed them with a very reasonable price and the guaranteed they give for thie work is really piece of mind. These kind of honest people are hard to find in Vegas. Bill could recognize the problem from the minute came to our home. Our AC did not send cold air, like just fan is on not AC. Great from start to finish. Technicians arrived right on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us informed and completed job when they said they would. Working with Wanda at the main office was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel like I was her #1 customer, even though I know she was very busy. Never hurried me, answered all my questions, and kept me informed every step of the job. I will miss talking with her! Overall, an A+ for all they did to get the house cooled down as quickly as they could.
Bill and Wanda are amazing! Very particular in making sure it was the best service. They answered any questions I had without rush and taught me about my system. I will be using A-1 Quality again for future preventative and repair, and I will refer to anyone I know.
