    Be warned. No free estimates with this company. They charge $125 just to come out and look around. I needed a simple job done that the technician said would only take an hour and after talking with his boss the company wanted to charge me $550 total for it. This is one of those companies that thinks you'll submit to their super high prices once they get out there.

    On a side note: The technician was very nice and explained my options to me. That's the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

    A-1 Quality Care quickly and professionally repaired my furnace problem. Lance took the time to check the entire heating system while he was here to prevent future problems. Best service I've had in 30 years. Would definitely recommended for any heating or cooling service or installation. Same day service was a bonus!

    I very much appreciated the service of professionalism and hospitality that I received from Eric (Service Technician) and Crystal (Office Manager) of A-1 Quality Care, LLC. It really is a wonderful feeling to know that they genuinely care for the well being of their customers; especially during this pandemic (Covid-19) and scorching heat wave that we are experiencing.
    As summer approached (Hot and Humid indoor), I turn the AC on from my thermostat in my Las Vegas residence. After a while, I noticed it was not getting any cooler so I went outside to check on my AC unit. I noticed that the fan was not blowing and I can hear a loud clanking noise. I called the last company that serviced my AC a few years ago, but they went out of business. Immediately, I went on Google to search for a reputable AC company in my area. I called several (5), and 2 of them did not answer, another was booked for 2 weeks, one put me on hold for 15 minutes, and the other was rude as the Covid-19 virus! I was going to walk to my neighbor’s and ask them who they use until I came across A-1 Quality Care, LLC.
    Crystal, office manager, answered the phone and was kind as one can be. You can tell a lot about someone on how they answer the phone. She heard me out and understood my concerns. I can tell she was busy at the moment, but she still managed to give me her undivided attention. Crystal explained to me that this is the busiest time of the year, and was checking to see if a technician can come out to my residence today. She asked if she can call me back momentarily. Within 15 minutes, Crystal called and said she can have an AC Service Technician come to my residence today. I was truly grateful and thanked her a gazillion times for making this happen.
    A few hours later, A-1 Quality Care Service Technician Eric was at my door steps. A cheerful and friendly gentleman he is. After listening to my concerns about the AC, Eric, politely explained what was going to do and gave me total assurance that it was going to be fixed properly. I was amazed by his attention to detail as he thoroughly examined all the components that make up the AC unit from the attic to the vents, and the outside air conditioner. Before Eric started to fix the ac, he explained to me what the problems were in a thorough manner of that I could understand. He gave me an honest quote and without hesitation, I had him repair my ac unit.
    I have never written a Google and Yelp review until I came across A-1 Quality Care LLC in hopes that I can spread the good news. From Crystal’s (Office Manager) positive and thoughtful mindset to Eric’s (Service Technician) display of chivalry and professionalism, I am pleased that I gave them the opportunity to service and fix my air conditioner. Thank you A-1 Quality Care LLC, for having Crystal and Eric on your team as their trustworthiness made all difference. They and Eric will be my first choice from this moment forward.

    It's been awhile since they fixed my air conditioning unit, and it works amazing. Everything about their service was amazing. They figured out the problem, replaced the part, explained everything that they were doing in detail to me, and finished everything in less than an hour.

    These guys have speed, quality, and nice repair people. 10/10 experience.

    If you are reading this review right now to see if A-1 Quality Care Services (Heating / Air) meets your standards, look no further. I have been using their services for 7 years. From making the phone call to A-1 Quality Care (Crystal ) to Eric (Service Technician) servicing the home, I ALWAYS experience superior customer service! They give you a window of time, then the service technician emails and texts you to let you know that they are on their way. This is fabulous because it allows me to plan my day.

    What makes A-1 Quality Care stand out above the rest? Their impeccable, thorough, and meticulous examination of the air conditioner outside of the house and the blower capacitor up in the attic. Eric is AWESOME! One of the kindest and most knowledgeable soul, you will ever meet. Please take advantage of their Spring Tune-Up. I say this because it's going to be a HOT SUMMER. With this Covid virus populating, I would hate to call them in the summer when they are booked solid with repairs. After inspecting my unit, Eric did find that my compressor was defective. He explained to me the process of what that component does and more. Eric then called the office to get an honest quote and schedule me for an upcoming appointment to repair the ac unit. There was NO sales pitch, NO pressure, and NO demands.

    Thank you A-1 Quality Care for having Eric on your team. A-1 Quality Cares exudes a high level of PROFESSIONALISM and genuine HONESTY. They are truly empathetic and understand the current situation (Covid-19) that we are in. A-1 Quality Care will ALWAYS be my #1 go to service provider.     The entire staff at A-1 Quality Care LLC defines the true meaning of superior customer service! From the office personal to the service technicians, they are genuinely kind, honest, and professional. During the summer of 2017, my AC went out. Unfortunately A-1 Quality Care was booked for several weeks, so I called another company to fix it. That "Other Company" service technician could not speak English and was at my house for 3 hours trying to fix the AC. Just last week, I tried to turn the heater on and it did not work! I called A-1 Quality Care and they came to the rescue and repaired the damage that The "Other Company" did and made sure my AC/Heating unit was operating efficiently. The service technician was very kind and explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. Thank you A-1 Quality Care. Simply put, they are the "BEST" because the entire staff genuinely cares about their customers and make sure to fix it right the first time!

    The technician Billy who works for A 1 Quality Care was and is awsome. He was on time as scheduled and very informative as to what the issue was with my familys a/c not working. In less than an hour his skills had my family out of a 94 degree sweltering house back to 74 degrees of fresh coolness place of tranquility. We are truly greatful for the work he delivered

    My unit went out in the evening with temps in vegas at 110. Billy came out next day at 2pm and got it repaired and back up and running. He was earlier than i was told and very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. Office staff very efficient and friendly.

    I am selling my house and the buyers ordered an inspection they said the temp on the down stairs unit was not sufficient and they ordered an AC company to come out and said the heat exchanger was cracked and the other unit was leaking Freon and told me it would have to be replaced for $13,000. I called my Home warranty company to come check it out. They sent A1 quality home care out. The owner came to my house because I told AHS what the other AC company said. Bill throughly checked both systems and found nothing to be wrong. Bill communicated with me every step of the way. I’ve had other companies and they did not provide extensive communication like Bill did. He has 40 years in AC/Heat repair and did a great job. I will recommend them to all my friends, family and I will always use them on my units in the future. Jon M
