Craig was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had and educate me in what he was doing each step of the way. Had the AC fixed very quickly even though I called them out past normal business hours.

Capitol came out to fix our furnace issues caused by another local company. One of the issues required several hours of work and ultimately calling in backup as there were necessary parts missing. They were very friendly, communicated well, and worked long and hard to get the job done.

I have used Capital since 2010, and they have always done top notch job. Excellent service. We have had commercial and residential done, from dryer vents, ductwork, full furnace and AC installed and repaired. I trust them and their work everytime. Very pleased with the technicians that come out for the maintenance checks. Very professional and personable. Had a great installation several years ago and we are pleased with the twice yearly maintenance contract as proactive in keeping the system running.

Came promptly to service our air conditioning unit -- diagnosed and solved problem. Shawn came back the next day and did a followup check -- checked over inside unit --replaced filter and patched small hole on duct-work; then went outside and leveled, cleaned, and replaced worn parts on that unit. He was professional and efficient -- finished in less than an hour. I recommend highly.
