From my initial call to customer service to Logan and Tim backing out of my driveway, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Tom, one of the owners and in charge of installation, came over to do some prep work on Friday. He went above and beyond what would normally be done. I've used Capital Heating and Air Conditioning for the last 20 years and have always been happy with the work they have done. In my opinion there is not a better company out there.

We worked with Ben and he was amazing! He showed up very fast, figured out the problem and had the AC up and running in less than 20 minutes. Even my two large dogs loved him! From the officer personnel to the field representatives, everyone at this company is great. We were nervous about our first furnace and A/C replacement and got 3 estimates. We were so pleased with our experience with who we knew! The techs that come into your home are always friendly and knowledgeable. They spend as much time as you need. And, they are really nice to my dog :) Replacing equipment is very intimidating, but Capitol Heating and A/C made the process stress-free.

We have been customers since we bought our house 12 years ago. They had installed the furnace and heat pump for the previous owners and we continued with the maintenance contract. Called Capitol Heating and Air after our air conditioning stopped working. After our first quote from another "top rated" company in town, we opted for a second opinion after a recommendation from a family member. The first company quoted us double what this company did. The technician came out the next day and looked at our outside unit as well as the coil and furnace indoors. He gave us a few repair options that might get us bye for a little while, but since our unit was original to our home and 17 years old we opted with replacement of our entire AC unit. The crew installed our new unit the next day! We now have a cool home and a brand new unit for less than half of our first quote. I would recommend Capitol to anyone and everyone looking for AC repairs or replacement!

Had my a/c checked before summer. The tech was pleasant and he performed his job in a timely manner. I will have the furnace checked in the fall. I have been satisfied so far.

I had no issue with them before, but they never sent out a bill, and would wait 3 months to call and say I had to pay, now they put a lien on my condo for no reason, haven't tried to call or email or bill me. They even send notices to my parents instead of me, even though I'm the owner. They don't care about fixing an issue that is a simple click. So now I have poor relationship with them and my parents because elf their lack of communication to the CORRECT owner. Jesus.

They are great and a pleasure to work with. Helpful & knowledgeable. Our HVAC went out on a Tuesday afternoon and we were up and running by Friday noon. After that, there was a small noise issue and they worked hard to figure it out and all before our massage therapist had her next client. Thanks so much!

I called with a need for a new AC system on a Monday and had the new system fully installed by Thursday. Everyone I interacted with whether in person or on the phone, was kind and professional. They answered every question I had and did a great job. I would highly recommend working with this company.

These guys do great work. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and they don't over charge. Every technician that I have worked with seems super passionate about their job and love to talk about details about what's wrong. That says a lot about how the company takes care of their employees. I have dealt with a few different HVAC companies and Capitol is an easy number one choice.
