I’ve used Capital in the past and they’ve always been great, I manage several rentals and I’ve always been happy with the work. Now, I have a job that requires a chimney lining to be replaced and I’ve been trying to get the work done since late May/ early June. I was originally told they may have time late June. Someone came out and looked at the project and said they would get back to me to schedule. Each week, I check to see why I haven’t received a callback. Last Monday I finally said, please just let me know if I need to get another company to do the work… but still no callback. It is disappointing now I’ve wasted over a month. I will call a different company.

Recently had heating and air installation in our home. Am very pleased with the quality of work performed, the quality of the product is excellent, the people on the installation team are great and trustworthy, and you feel comfortable having them in your home. Specifically Brian and Casey went above and beyond my expectations and I wish to express my appreciation to them. We will call Capitol Heating and Air for all our heating and AC needs.

Capitol Heating and Air Conditioning has our business. They have done everything for us from routine maintenance to new unit installation. They have provided not only great service, but also have done so at a great price. Additionally, their staff have been outstanding and are absolutely kind and professional every time I interact with them.

We just watched one of your van drivers plow through a red light at a school crosswalk in front of Saratoga Elementary School at 8:07 am while children were out front. This is where a child was hit by a vehicle just last year, resulting in lowering the speed limit and reducing lanes to just one. We know workers are hard to come by these days, but an employee who does not abide by simple traffic rules *in the presence of children* ought not to be driving. Will be contacting police shortly

This is a outstanding company.
Over the years they have maintained our heat pump system.
Made some repairs; a compressor, and a air handler fan motor.
The technicians have always been very knowledgeable, very polite, and very prompt.
After our last service call on our old system we were informed that the system needed to be replaced.
We were presented several options and after making our choice they were ready to install without delay.
The new system is fantastic, the installation was neat and clean, The technicians were great.
Myself and my wife would recommend this company to anyone needing a heating and air contractor!

I got parts for my furnace and they let me know what brand mine was, I was very Happy with the help and service. will call them when i heating problems again

We had an issue where condensation was backing up inside of our air handler unit causing issues with the airflow from the AC. We called a "top rated" company, asking for someone to come take a look. After not receiving a response (ever), we went back online and found Capitol Heating & Air. We called and explained the situation to Lisa, who then scheduled a service tech to come take a look that same day! Darrin showed up at the house within a couple of hours, took a look and immediately knew what needed to be done. He fixed the issue right on the spot, looked over the whole system and gave us some tips on how to extend the life of our heat pump and air handler unit. The best part of the whole experience was that Darrin treated us professionally and took the time to show and explain things to us in a "language" that we understood! And, the cost of the service call/repair was a lot les than what I was anticipating. I was pleasantly surprised when Kari told us the cost of the service call. And, she was able to handle everything right over the phone.

After our interactions with Kari, Lisa and Darrin, we will be using Capitol Heating & Air for all of our future AC/heating needs. We highly recommend Capitol Heating & Air to anyone looking for high quality work with, more than, reasonable rates and excellent customer service at all levels!

As always Capital tech was courteous, competent, thorough and on time. We contract for spring and fall maintenance which has kept the system running for the 17 years since they installed it. We’ve used Capital for about 45 years.

Was thankful they sent someone so quickly when i said our furnace was not working. Tech was great and got us warm again!!

I have worked the Capital on a projects over the years and they never disappoint. Friendly knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help. Most recently I had my AC fuse blow on a 99+ Deg day and by the time I got home it was repaired and charged a fair amount. Would recommend Capital to anyone. Thanks You to all who work there.
