Waited two weeks for service appointment for ac that wasn't working. They allege the service person called once and without answer didnt bother to keep appointment. Expected to wait two more weeks. Another un-customer oriented Lincoln business. Do not recommend!

Within the past 2 to three years I have purchased two brand new air conditioners from Capitol Heating and air. My air conditioner broke over the weekend and they said it would take a MONTH for a service call. A month. I called Biggerstaff and they will be here today!

Quick response time. Courteous service. Tech checked everything and determined the problem. Had my furnace up and running within 30 minutes!

Do not use Capitol Heating and Air, I had them out to fix a heater/AC unit and they charged me more hours than they were there. Since I was there I know how long the technician took to make the repair.......over charging is unacceptable.....look elsewhere.

I had a problem putting in a new blower fan in my furnace. Called after hours and someone drove out to help me. Didn't charge me for anything. Classy guys and gals. They earned my business permanently.

As a long time “contract” customer, I asked to have my furnace e-coil looked at during my furnace inspection and the person did not do it. I finally needed some help with ducts (no not cleaning) and no offer was given to try and figure out what was wrong. It appears that the contract is for them to do as little as possible while raking in a profit. No longer a customer.
