I recently had a great experience with Capitol. I live in an apartment, My AC went out on a Thursday night, I had a technician there first thing Friday morning to diagnose the problem. At first it was goin to be a week to get a replacement which is understandable but capitol went above and beyond and sent a guy out Saturday morning to do an install. I can’t say enough good about Joe the install man. He was very professional an did a fantastic job getting everything up and working! Thank you guys for all your teamwork and diligence on the matter.

Terrible Customer service, Mason was terrible and couldn’t provide a simple bid. I understand work load management and how to assist clients. But to get on the phone to be brash about not even providing a bid after also starting would return a call by a date, which never happened, is poor quality and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to any of my clients.

Idk if it was Capitol or who it was that came out a couple of weeks ago, but they said we needed a new AC unit and put a bandaid on it in the mean time. Capitol came out today when the bandaid failed and tried to tell us it was all fixed by plugging in the fan and replacing the air filter even though they were told that it was already deemed to need more than that. They left my thermostat on so I paid for the broken unit to be running all day. It’s 90 degrees in our house. Our dogs could have DIED. They refused to come out tonight even though they supposedly have 24/7 emergency service. In fact, when I tried to press that issue, very politely, and started crying, their customer service rep just HUNG UP ON ME. They supposedly have a new tech coming here tomorrow at 8:30 in the morning. I hope every single one of their kids gets to sit in 90 degree houses some day with no one to help so they can feel the hopelessness and pain I am feeling right now.

Our heat pump fan stopped working. Ethan was able come out the same day, diagnose the bad capacitors and had us up running within 30 minutes of getting here!

I called Capital heating and Air because my central air conditioning stopped working. They came that same day and checked it out. Showed me that I needed to have a new AC system installed, my old system was beyond repair, They got the information and quickly gave me a quote, set up a time to come and put in the new system which they did quickly. They cleaned up before they left. Everyone I talked to or dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them, they're customer service is excellent they do great quality work and a fair price. I felt like they went above and beyond to help me.

We were sold an inferior air conditioning unit by a different company a little more than 5 years ago and had the poor luck to come home from vacation to a broken unit that would cost just as much to repair as replace. That company wouldn't help us at all. Capitol heating and air completed an estimate the same day we called and got it installed the following morning (on a Saturday!) in the midst of a heat advisory. They offer a quality product at a reasonable price. If you want something to last as long as it should and get prompt and professional service, choose Capitol!

On time and quality work, the knowledgeable techs (I forgot the names, one of them might be Austin I am not sure) they showed up in less than an hour after I requested the service for my malfunctioning heat pump and they were able diagnose the issue and repair in no time and at a very reasonable charge, great service and very nice people.

They take your card numbers the first time you use them and they said they would use that to charge us. That seemed fine. I was told by the technician what they were going to do but not how much anything costs, at the end when he was done he asked about the bill and he said they would send us an invoice to me that doesn’t mean we will charge you without telling you how much anything is but that’s exactly what they did when I called, all the office staff said was well if you wanted to know how much it was gonna cost you should’ve asked well I did ask I asked before he left. they said well that’s just how we do it I don’t see what else we could have done for you. Before the billing stuff I wasn’t going to mention the thermostat was put on crooked but now it seems like worth mentioning.

Well if I was a business I would never assume that it didn’t matter how much something cost to any of my customers also I did ask at the end of it about the bill he said they will send you an invoice to me that means I will get to see how much is going to be before you charge my account I shouldn’t have to ask for the pricing he should just give it.

In 2020 our cooling system failed. After obtaining several quotes, Capital Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. won our business. Professional, Courteous and Timely installation at a price we believed equitable to the product selected.

Since that time, Capital has visited our residence every six month, like clockwork, maintaining our systems to function at their optimal level.

We will always utilize Capitol Heating & A/C and will advise our friends and neighbors to do so as well.
