Called onto the office about 8:30 and Deb told me they could have someone there shortly. Brandon was on site in about 45 minutes. He was very nice and by 10:30 he had found the problem, repaired it and was gone. Tremendous service. Highly recommend using Bill's.

Brandon was my service technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, helping me understand my AC issues more completely. He thoroughly explained the bill and what I was being charged for. Overall, Brandon’s kindness and skill made this otherwise stressful situation so smooth. Service was prompt and timely. This company installed a new furnace and A/C at our home about three years ago and we have been very happy not only with the product but also the service.
