Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning

I came home to my heater not working this afternoon and they were out within an hour. They got my heater working quickly and charged less than I was expecting. I will definitely use Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Apollo was able to respond same day when my furnace stopped working (on the coldest day of the year). My house only got down to 57 degrees before Lukas arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes and got my furnace limping along for the night. The next morning at 8AM Nick installed the replacement part to fix the issue.

Grant and Chase (apprentice) were very friendly and competent. Easy to work with. Respectful and not condescending to customer.

Grant was awesome. He was very thorough, didn’t rush, and provided an excellent service. Will be using this company again.

Apollo is the only company we use for our furnace and A/C issues. They were honest about trying to keep our A/C unit running as long as possible, and then when it was time to get a new one, Dan and John showed up on time, were efficient, professional, answered all of our questions, cleaned up everywhere they went, and even let our dog "help" them and get some attention. Taylor came to do my yearly maintenance on my furnace and provided recommendations which he was able to perform immediately. I have used Apollo for years and they have been wonderful, professional and courteous. I trust this company and will continue to use them indefinitely. Service was Outstanding. Lucus was extremely thorough and did a super job cleaning and testing the functions of our furnace. We no doubt will continue having Apollo take care of our furnace and A/C needs.
