Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning

My A/C wanted to stop working for a day. I called Apollo and they were willing to come out same day, after hours. My system then decided to start working again, so I had Apollo cancel the same day service, but they were able to get me scheduled just two days later. When the technician Taylor showed up, he was very polite and professional. He walked me through everything he was checking and did a thorough inspection of my system. 10/10 would recommend.

Taylor came ahead of the quoted time by a few hours. Our cooling system had not been working properly for a couple of days. I had called on Thursday they were at the house by Friday morning about 10am. He took before and after pics and explained exactly what he was doing to clean the outdoor unit. The after pic is mid way through the cleaning. After cleaning the unit he did a full diagnostic check of both the indoor and outdoor AC unit to ensure all was working properly. He was polite, professional, and educated us about maintaining our unit better. I was extraordinarily pleased with the service.

We had a water leak under the furnace they serviced that and checked the air conditioner unit while here too. Very friendly and professional.

Appreciated him taking the time to educate me on taking care of our unit since it’s a relatively new unit.

Called for a service call and they had someone out with in 2 hours! The technician Grant i believe was his name, was very friendly and informative. Great service experience!

Update: Had a salesman out for quote to replace our failing equipment. Mike spent over an hour with me explaining the equipment and how it works and how it would be installed and gave me prices for different configurations of new equipment. So far they have been very professional and informative. And theyre scheduling has been incredible!

Update 2: Made the decision to go ahead and purchace on a tuesday night at 7pm and Mike the salesman responded and we got everything set up for a full install on Thursday (today) These guys showed up early at 745am and got right to work, very friendly and explained everything along the way and completed a whole new ac and furnace install just before 530 on 90+ degree day! And then stuck around to show me how the set up the new thermostat. They were courteous with my wife, son, and pets the entire day! I cant say enough about theyre dedication to make sure I had a working air conditioner before they left! They have earned my respect and buisness and I look forward to using them for any maintenance needed down the road! Thank you guys!

**One other note they just happened to pull the handle apart on a very old storm door i have and went out of their way to replace it. It wasnt their fault but they made sure my door would latch! Thank you!!**

Lucas was very knowledgeable and professional as well as very friendly. He explained everything he was going to do so I could understand what he was doing. He finished the job in a timely manner (less than an hour). Very nice IOWA Hawkeye guy!

Apollo was am amazing company to work with. Their quoted price was much more reasonable that other companies in the area, and were a pleasure to work with during the whole process.

No pressure sales, explained everything. Duct cleaning team was friendly and professional. Install team was great, clean up after themsevles, explained everything about the new system, walked me thru everything.

Very professional, reliable, and quality service from Apollo. They installed our new HVAC quickly, a couple hours ahead of schedule, and with some of the best metalwork I’ve seen. They’ve come out a couple times since for system maintenance and they’ve been on time, extremely professional, honest, and very thorough. I can’t recommend them enough.

Two technicians (Taylor and I believe Mike) performed the work at my house. Taylor did the technical work on the unit while Mike did the administrative work on the tablet. They were both very efficient, professional, and courteous. Taylor performed the diagnostic tests and explained each step along the way. He showed great patience while answering my questions. He explained some of the common faults with furnaces and some of the elementary fixes. He was very thorough without being to technical with his explanations. Both Mike and Taylor were very conversational and were a pleasure to talk to. Thank You guys for a job well done.

Right on time and checked out our AC and found a dual capacitor staring to fail. He had one on the truck and got a new one installed. Ready to go for the summer heat. Great service as always from Apollo with outstanding employees.
