Bob was able to come out on super short notice on such a hot day and fix the capacitor in my AC unit right away! Quickest service I've ever had from a contractor, and he worked with me to get approval from my home warranty company! Excellent company!

Very rude guy. Was a total jerk to my wife. Told her that I was washing the a/c condenser wrong and bending the fins. I am not a moron. I know how to clean a condenser. Also the guy said that the walls and furniture were hot. Are you kidding me. Don’t recommend this guy. He is very rude and doesn’t know what he is doing. Will be filing a complaint with bbb. And he charged my landlord for nothing. He just came and said everything was fine but last year said the a/c unit is too small for the house.

Bob is a great guy. He's always able to come over and look things over a give you honest advice. Have recommended him to numerous people.
