Grant came on a Sunday afternoon just 45 min after we called the after hours line. He was so helpful and fixed our broken heater in a couple hours. He was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. Definitely recommend!

Grant has been servicing my A/C and Furnace for a number of years now. He is always professional and sure to explain everything he does. Always a top level job.

Grant has came out to my place a couple times now and honestly, fingers crossed that it's always him 🤞 (even though I'm sure the rest of the crew is great too). Overall, they haven't tried to upsell me on things I don't need or lead me astray, courteous and professional, and if something goes wrong I learned I can count on them to make it right.
(Not to mention Grant was so excited to teach the client anything that they'd care to learn about their HVAC... Or thermodynamics 😂)

Apollo technician, Grant arrived on time this afternoon to perform routine maintenance on my A/C system. He was polite and very professional. I appreciated him letting me look over his shoulder, so I could learn what he was doing. He explained each step through his process. What I appreciated most of all was the time he took thoroughly cleaning my condenser which was terrible!

Mike and Taylor did a very wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning. I had quite a few bugs in my furnace that were dead. I would not have known this if they had not come out and did maintenance on it. Probably help a lot with allergens in the air.

I was contacted by Apollo about an HVAC system check special. They had a service tech in the area, we live in a rural area, so they would be able to do it the same day. That worked out well for me. Apollo had installed the system, prior to our putchas of this house, so they already knew what the system was. The young man was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He made a suggestion on an upgrade, based on my wife's health, that could be added to our existing system. My wife was at home and I was at work. I spoke with the tech several time on the phone. My wife id not easily impressed, but she had nothing but good things to say about him. And my conversations with him left me with a very good impression. I continue to have Apollo service my HVAC system.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They showed up on time and did an excellent job (including explaining some details regarding my air conditioner that I hadn't known). He also made recommendations for future work and or eventual replacement -- very much appreciated.
