Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning

I reached out to Apollo because I was having issues with my furnace. Taylor came out and was able to identify what was going on and explained everything as he went. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because they were so awesome with their response time and for Taylor for taking the time to talking me through the issue.

Mike was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed how the system maintenance was progressing and once completed, provided a very detailed report of the condition of my heating system. Outstanding!

Josh, Grant, Mike and all other techs I have worked with were very helpful with multiple projects. Recently called and they came out the same day to get the furnace up and running! Great company!

Apollo performed the first winter inspection and service since replacing my furnace and A/C this past summer. They called ahead to schedule. Called when in route. Explained what they were doing and even carefully cleaned the flame sensors. Very clean and professional. One hour and done. Thanks.

We contacted Apollo to have a whole-house humidifier installed. Taylor and Chase arrived promptly to install the humidifier. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Taylor explained everything that he was doing and they did an outstanding job. They also did an amazing job on providing a yearly service of cleaning and checking out our furnace and AC unit for us. Taylor did a great job today. 5 stars. He performed the most thorough heater maintenance that I have ever seen. I had many questions, and Taylor answered all of them. He also explained how to identify heating system problems so they can be accurately reported. Kudos to Taylor. Great job today.
