Mike is a nice guy. He was very forward and telling me what was wrong with my furnace and how he was going to fix it. He also discussed with me you’re a seasonal program which I took and I think it’s very reasonably priced. Mike knew what he was doing and he was very loyal to the company.

I am SO glad we called Apollo when our furnace was on the fritz last week. We had another company come out first and decided to get a second opinion and am glad we did! Taylor was awesome, explained things and was honest. Offered a free price quote and measurements. Mike came out in the evening and gave us good news, quote was cheaper than expected and felt like we were able to make an informed decision based on the information he offered. Nick and his team who replaced our furnace worked quickly to get us heat and left no mess! They put up with our dogs barking alllllllll morning at them.

Taylor came out to diagnose the a/c refrigerant lines freezing inside and outside the house. The evaporator was clogged, and he was able to quickly clean it out and get the a/c running again. He also discovered that there was an extra return vent under the blower motor that bypassed the filter, which allowed the hair and dust to clog the evaporator. I would definitely recommend Apollo Heating and Air and plan on using them for any future needs related to my hvac system.

Bought a new house. Thermostat wasn't keeping up. Called this afternoon and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. Taylor and Mike were both very professional. Knew what they were doing, talked me through the entire process, made recommendations, and had me fixed within a short period of time. I was so impressed with Apollo I signed up for the maintenance package, which, is very reasonable!

Our ignitor went out on our furnace on 1/18/23. They were so caring and prompt. So nice to have heat in January. We were discussing thermostats and Lucas said I can show you a couple and install it same day. Two issues fixed in one day. Lucas was very prompt, helpful, polite, and professional. Also not sure who answers their phone but they were so caring listening me ramble about having no heat and afraid my pipes would freeze. Made me feel very comfortable and I knew I had called the right place.

Grant was on time, friendly, cheerful and respectful of our home. Grant walked through everything he was doing and explained everything in a professional manner. He came the same day and time scheduled and completed the service in a thorough manner. Grant gave recommendations but was not pushy. We were very pleased with their service. When finished they left the area clean and tidy.

My entire experience with Apollo heating and air was wonderful. Mike was straightforward and informative and I did not feel like I was in a sales pitch. The installers Terry and John did a amazing job.

We had AC and furnace replaced by Apollo last year. Excellent experience, price was lower than any other quotes we got. Annual maintenance check was done by Taylor today-he was professional and courteous and explained everything. Apollo and employees like Taylor is why we wouldn't call anyone else for HVAC work, great job Taylor and Apollo!

It was -45 with the windchill and our heat wasn’t working. We have a new baby and I was so nervous we wouldn’t find a company who could come fix it the same day. Thankfully once we told them what was happening Taylor was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He and Chase were friendly and honest about what was going on. He explained everything so it made sense and respectfully. They had it working before they left, and returned with a new part for the furnace quickly. They also informed me on some products and services that would help our air flow. I can’t say thank you enough, especially since it’s the holidays and we did not have to be such a priority. We will definitely be using Apollo again. Thanks for keeping my baby and I warm!
