Super nice guys! They are very good at their job. Would definitely use them again.
5 stars all around

They were prompt in returning my call. I had asked about a service they do not provide and they kindly pointed me in the right direction. I'll remember when I'm in need of their services, how polite and courteous they were, and very understanding of my situation.

I called on Friday to arrange for someone to come install a new faucet and garbage disposal. They were able to make an appointment that fit my schedule with no fuss. Stacey came. He was very professional and personable. I couldn't be more pleased. I would rather not need anything else done but when I do I hope Stacey will come back.

Jerod went over and above my expectations when replacing my water heater and taking care of a couple other small plumbing tasks. He took the time to explain how and what he was going to do and had me check out his work when he was finished. My 80 gal water heater could only be partially drained because of calcifications so he called in additional man power . He and Jason completed the nearly impossible job of wrestling a virtually full tank up a whole flight of stairs and down a short one to get it out of my basement. A gold medal for them both for their positive can do attitude and a job well done.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing charged $428 to install a hose bib. It took the plumber 30 minutes and probably $30 in materials. When I complained the customer service rep offered me a 15% “discount”. No thanks. I will never call them again.

Mark provided an estimate and information about work to be done in a bathroom. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to in helping to get the project started. I appreciate all that he did.
Linda Mills
Awesome experience, A+ all the way around, will definitely be calling them again for our future needs! Mark was great to work with-very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Sheri Rolf
Arrived as scheduled--plus the tech even phoned me to let me know he was on his way. Repairs were handled efficiently and completely. I would call them again to handle any future plumbing issues.

Delay, Delay, absurd price, embarassment.
I can't believe they have such a good rating, it was part of the reason I chose them, now I regret it.
First, the dispatch refused to give me any estimate - 'all jobs are unique'...
I just wanted a faucet swapped. Old one leaking, put in new one I got in Home Depot to hopefully not leak, already knew the problem was in the old faucet and wear and tear over decades.
But, no no estimate - should have hung up then.
The appointment got delayed. Lots of calls from dispatch, and no message just phone tag call number. I am very busy and gave permission to leave a detailed message.
When the plumber finally came by he said it would be $170 - whoops, plus a 'call fee' so $240 ish...
Just to swap a faucet. I wouldn't have cared if it was $80ish since most professional wages are that an hour in my town. Nope, guy refused to negotiate, probably would have had more success trying to negotiate the price of a shake at McDonalds, though IMO a manager might be sympathetic once. Won't bash the plumber, but clearly some sort of beuracratic/multiple management levels forcing as high a price as they can from customers. One man's opinion the delay was part of that .
Thanks, for LESS than NOTHING, Ben Franklin.
I have a guest coming tomorrow and since the faucet was bad last time the guest was here I'll be really embarrassed. But, what a fool I am, should have hung up the phone when they wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate. Don't know how they get such a good rating if they act like this.
So, advice, do NOT use this service unless you want delays and prices three times what you'd expect.
----Edit in response to reply...
You earned your 1 star review. I stand by it.
I'm really angry.
Oh, btw, I called around - took extra time I didn't have but found a good competent plumber who swapped the faucet at barely 1/3 what your man tried to charge me.
However, I am angry. I have an important guest coming today and that faucet was a problem last time said guest was here. Didn't get any mention from the guest but was clearly inconvenient. What a way to say "I don't care" but have the same thing not working years later... And I almost had that happen because I trusted your good name. Thank G-D I found someone on such short notice near the holidays. Still cost time I don't have with all the calling and responding and waiting for callback.
Now, nobody's perfect. I'm going to stand by my review, any job I've worked the middle mis-management always used the one complainer to deny a raise or promotion, no care the right of the issue. This was clearly earned by your company at least. In this case I've "Fired" you from working for me due to overcharging and delays even getting there and am sharing with the public my issues. I didn't get this type of treatment from an Electrician, another plumber and a carpet cleaning service I also hired recently. I'm glad to pay professionals a good wage to do good work, but not sign a blank check for high prices for the simplest of tasks.
The way to resolve this problem is to prevent it from occurring for future customers - in your case I suggest- "Clear Communication"
Throw out that Call center - or at least give them sane guidelines. No "No two jobs are the same..." excuse. How 'bout "We charge ... an hour + expenses, by my database most .... come to .... range..." and give them a list with info to work with. Really, make a dumb 'caller's likely questions' list with estimates, you'd have to have computer lists by now or have most plumbers able to tell you "Well it takes .... to fix a ...." etc.
That alone would have prevented this. If your prices work for you for everyone else you've dealt with, great - but I'd rather know not wait and wait then when desperation approaches face a very high bill. One I managed to avoid, luckily. And the new faucet works great though with all the time wasted I should have just replaced it myself.

Time was of the essence to fix the tub shower valve because I was due to close on selling the property. Jerod went to 3 warehouses/suppliers to find the parts needed so he could finish the job that day. Thank you.
