We were panicked when we discovered water in our basement utility room, and we just assumed we'd have to fork out hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars to repair whatever it was that caused the leak. Benjamin Franklin himself (or a man at least as legendary) showed up at our house, took a look at the area, pushed the button on the GFI switch, and got our pump working again. After checking to make sure everything was back on track, he very patiently and kindly explained the cause of the backup and told us what to watch for in the future; and then went on his way without even presenting us with a bill. We will absolutely call on Benjamin Franklin the next time we need any plumbing work done!

I should have read the reviews. Called early in the day and they confirmed they were able to put us on the schedule for today. I made numerous call backs, each time they reconfirmed we were on their schedule for today. I even asked if there was a chance we wouldn't see a plumber and we were assured we would see a plumber before the end of the day. My last call was at 6pm and another person explained that they are just a call center and the business was closed. This fiasco prevented us from calling other potential plumbers who could have taken our emergency work, and now we're having to put my elderly mother in law in a hotel overnight.

I had a major water leak in my home. I called and was told a plumber would contact me and be in my home in a few hours. No one called back. So I called again, gave the details again, and was told "Yep, you're scheduled. No one called you?" So, the dispatcher said "I'll get someone there soon. He'll call you soon."

That was mid-day Saturday. It's now Monday morning. No one ever called or came to my home.

Pitiful. Pitiful. If won't come, then say so. I'll make other arrangements. And I just did.

Did I mention pitiful ? Yep, pitiful.

This outfit apparently does not have any plumber employees. They call self-employed plumbers and dispatch them. That business model apparently has problems. PITIFUL !!!

1st, I must say the service tech did a fantastic job~efficient and quick repairing a line to a gas stove. However, the bill I received did not reflect the information I was given over the phone when I made the appointment as a 1st time customer. I called the office to explain that the charges were inconsistent and asked for an explanation. I was not requesting a change in the billing. I was not complaining about the work. I simply wanted the charges clarified. I was told that NO one would have given me the pricing information I was given, etc. etc. I explained that I most certainly WAS given a particular quote ( as I had been on the call, not him). And, suggested he clarify his pricing with whoever schedules the company's appointments as they are not providing accurate prices according to the bill I received. This guy was absolutely rude and disrespectful and could use some retraining in customer service. Be careful when calling out this service. They charge you $79 to drive to your house before they start charging you by the hour and for parts.
