Customer service? An anachronistic phrase, right Well, wrong. Jerod is terrific ~ he's provided absolutely the best service we've ever had. Thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful and always so cheerful! I had to pinch myself, as in - can this be??? It is. He's fabulous. No need to ever go elsewhere for plumbing needs. Ever.

My water heater piping sprung a leak, and Benjamin Franklin was able to quickly help with the immediate emergency. I knew this wouldn't be the last problem with my old water heater, so after the leak was fixed, I asked about a new one. Mark recommended a hybrid water heater and I couldn't be happier! Even with several people using hot water in my home, I never run out. Professional, fast response, great advice, and a job done right! I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone.

Wonderful experience! I’ve had a clogged kitchen sink for a while and I suspected it was the garbage disposal. They sent someone out and we got it replaced and it’s all working beautifully now!

The overall experience was very good! Had delays in response & service but every contractor is busy this year and supplies are backed up so not really their fault. I would recommend and use their service again!

Replaced my water heater. Did a good job, and worked fast. I have no real complaints. They were about $200 more than some other quotes to replace my water heater, but those other places were also booked more than a week in the future instead of being available the next day.

As always, they arrived on time. Jerod was professional, thoughtful and mindful of my mother’s limited budget. Highly recommend.

Jerod was great. They called before they came and gave me a truthful answer as to whether the work was necessary. He completed the work quickly and left the place clean. I would definitely use them again.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on a Sunday morning desperate for help. Mark called me back and said all of his guy last were busy and couldn’t help today. But he walked me through how to repair my problem. He saved me a lot of money and I respect him and company for helping me without anything to gain. While I didn’t use their services, I would recommend them if nothing else than for their integrity and in this world that means everything.

Our kitchen sink turned into Old Faithful and literally started spouting all over the kitchen when the disposal was turned on. Mark worked diligently to unblock whatever blockage disaster we had. The blockage was deep in our system and Mark managed to track it down. Very personable!! Highly recommend BFP Billings when life is not flowing as well as it should be!!
