Had my wife call BFP as I was out of town for the week. Mason came over to address clogged floor drain and,in under an hour determined that the drain would need to be dug up (concrete broken up, etc( pdrain pipe replaced and, etc to fix "broken pipe". All this determined while he chatted on cell phone, DID NOT even remove floor drain grate!.! ,. Estimated $500 to $1000 for repairs!! When I got home, I removed the drain grate, used a plunger and had drain working perfectly in less than 30 minutes.... We were charged for NOTHING!

The tec refused to clean his space left a mess for 4 days!!!! Didn't call me back for 3 days. Total project took 20 days to complete.

They will be first in my list to call. I have used Benjamin Plumbing twice. Great company to work with. They are efficient, responsive and professional. Their price is fair. It’s very challenging to find good plumbers and I’m very happy I finally found one.

John M came in, inspected the problem, suggested a solution and went to work. He did a great job fixing the leak in a section of copper pipe in our basement ceiling. Very quick and thorough. Would have John back out anytime.

He was a little over 30 minutes late. I thought you all forgot. The time frame was 8:30 to 12:30 so I called and he arrived about 1:03. Very nice man and he showed me what he did.

Mark was super helpful. Will use their services again when I have to replace my boiler.

The serviceman showed up during the scheduled time frame, was very pleasant, and assured me my hot water heater was not the cause of the problem I was experiencing. We discussed the more likely pipe issue, that it was not serious, and he provided the likely price range I requested to know, leaving me to decide if/when I might want to have that plumbing done. I appreciated his courtesy, the explanation, and the total lack of any pressure to proceed. I was impressed and most definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs.
