We appreciated getting the two leaks repaired and we know crawling under our home was pretty miserable. My only disappointment was the technician did not have time to fix our dripping faucet as he ran out of time and it will be another service call to have him return!

I have used BenFranklin several times for jobs big and small. They have always been prompt, professional, thorough and friendly. They helped us through a boiler emergency and installed a replacement during winter. I’m now working with them on a bathroom remodel and laundry relocation. No matter what, they come when they say they will, explain what is needed and execute flawlessly. A+++

I called not knowing all the issues, but explained the urgency of my situation. Without further questions, they came over that day and fixed all the issues and gave advice on questions I asked. They wanted to make sure I understood what they did and make sure that I didn't have any questions before they left. From the phone call in to the person who came to my door, the staff was extremely professional, caring, and did a great job and was reasonable and fair on costs. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues or inquiries. They provided excellent customer service and treated us like we were family! Thank you all for the great job you did for us!

From the first phone call, the office rep was very helpful and polite. Mark arrived exactly when promised and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my water heater and how it needed to be fixed. He gave several options and provided his cell number to call if I needed help. I ended up needing a new water heater and informed them of my decision late on a Friday afternoon. They were happy to give up their Saturday morning to come install it so I wouldn't be out of hot water.
The whole experience was professionally handled and very helpful. Any question I had was answered honestly and respectfully.
I fully intend to utilize them in the future for any plumbing needs!

While getting a pest inspection, the tech found a leaking water pipe under our rental home in Montana (I live in Texas!) It was 5pm on a Friday so most places were closed. ! called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and my call was answered immediately and we were put on the schedule. The technician communicated with me, got there promptly after finishing another call and had the problem fixed quickly! I was so impressed with the effective communication and the professional manner of everyone I dealt with! I definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!

Top quality service. Couldn't be happier. Called about hot water heater at about 11 PM for first thing in the morning service. Had replacement hot water heater by lunch. Thumbs up.

They always keep you updated on when they will be arriving, are very friendly, and go above and beyond in the service they provide. I’ve never had a bad experience, or anything close, with anyone from Benjamin Franklin. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had to reschedule because they were delayed at a previous job, but they gave me lots of warning. The plumber was pleasant and careful to tell me ahead of time what each component would cost. There was one problem he had no solution for, which was a bit of a surprise, but at least he was honest. I would definitely call on them again.
