Hands down, best HVAC company in Billings. The techs really know their stuff. I've known, long time employee & now owner, of Empire since high-school, and know him to be one of the most ethical and honest people in business & personal life. They do great work for a great price!

The heat went out in the office and other places we called said they would get to us in a day or two or we would be put on a waiting list (it was a brisk 12 degrees). We called Empire and were told we would be taken care of the same day. 2 hours after we placed our call we had heat again! Each person we encountered at Empire were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. This will be our go-to whenever we have an issue - we can not thank them enough.

It has to be hands down the best heating and cooling company in Billings. They have been open the longest. Family owned and operated.

I had an emergency problem with a furnace and they sent a man out, right away, and he took care of it. Great people and great rates!

I called Empire...got an answering service
They said I would get a return phone call which I never got...guess they have enough customers!
