They wouldn't help me with a drain leak under my crawl space, this is the second time they wouldn't help me with a plumbing issue- last time was to snake my main line. I won't bother calling them again.

This fella was great. He gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to come out first thing the next morning. He got the old one out and disposed of it, fixed the strange water hookup that caused us to lose water to the whole house when we had to turn off water to the heater, and managed to find the same obscure gas model to put in. Quick and professional. Very thankful he could help us after calling over 15 plumbers and handymen who couldnt come until 4 days later.

I called Ben Franklin as I needed a tub shower insert and the existing tub removed.
I was in a time crunch as I intended to put my home on the market.
They assured me they could get this job completed by the 14th of Sept.

I was quoted $4,500.
The shower head and handles (trim package) were Included in this quote.
I was to choose between a few styles provided from a very small grainy blk & wht picture or I could go to Keller and choose a different package.
I opted for that. I chose my package and it was to add $500. more to my bill.
I then pointed out that I was to get some sort of trim package included in my quote, wouldn’t I get that amount credited to my bill to offset the new trim package price?
Oh yes, the gal said. Feeling glad I pointed that out I agreed to the new package.
When they came to install my tub shower insert I was home but needed to leave during the job.
I asked for the bill total and he says $5,000.
I questioned whether I was credited the amount of the faucet trim package I was to receive with the job.
My bill suddenly went down $200.
I paid in full before I left for the day.
I got home expecting my new tub shower installed and there was no faucet or handles.
And it was dripping from the shower pipe sticking out from the wall.
Wood shavings all in the tub!
When I was paying the bill, in cash, I was not told that the trim package was not here and that it would be another week before that would be installed.
As of now it will be sometime in October before the job is completed.
I called today to let them know I wasn’t told, when I payed in full, that the project wouldn’t be finished that day and to see when they would be back to finish the job.
Because I need the job done timely I offered to get a shower package from Lowe’s or Home Depot to get this job finished.
The man hung up on me!
Don’t expect customer service especially if you’ve paid the bill.
I do not recommend.

I called for q plummer to take care of my leaking water issue. He hung up on me. I called back, asking to talk to his supervisor for his behavior. He said he didnt hang up, he giggled. I told him to go to Hell, and I'll go over to his main office and cuss him out. We are customers whom pay ypur check. Take your business elsewhere, that doesnt hire young carelessness adults.
