    Top Notch. One particularly hot weekend our prior service simply was not answering the phone--even after having recently repaired the AC. Welsch came that day--fixed a problem that in retrospect had been present for quite some time and the system has been flawless since. I even offered to replace the system as it is getting up there and he gave me the honest opinion to wait! Now they are our team. Prompt, reliable, available, courteous, effective, competitive...very happy with the switch to Welsch.

    Follow-up: 3 years later--sticking with Welsch; great company!

    Welsch Heating and Coo did an excellent job. They showed up just after 7. They were polite, professional, and friendly. They cleaned up the mess and left nothing behind. They send 2 or 3 crews to get done early because a holiday party. They were cracking me up they seemed to enjoy working together.

    We trusted this company for a winter tune up check because they installed our new systems about two years ago. They totally over charged us for a simple check up . The tech work no more than 15 minutes on the our two systems and without even an invoice said the cost was $331.00. They cheated us because we are senior citizens.
    If they were honest company they should revisit these charges and refund a good portion.

    Every interaction with the company has been top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Welsch replaced both my AC and furnace in 2016. The pre-work discussions about needs and options was exactly what needed to happen so that we could make an informed decision, weighing the costs with the benefits of the different systems that could be installed. The person took the time to explain the benefits of different systems but never tried to sell us on anything.

    The techs who completed the install were professional and friendly.

    would have to say it has been my absolute pleasure working with Welsh Heating and Cooling for the install of the new air conditioners and furnaces. Todd, Jason, Doug, Matt and Paul have been nothing but amazing and easy to work with. On time, fast work, CLEAN work, happy residents, I couldn't have asked for a more seamless project. The onsite guys do amazing, detailed oriented work and I couldn’t be more thankful for Welsch sending such a trustworthy, hardworking crew to get our project done.

    The on-call staff member was quick to respond by phone after hours with some instructions, and the office called first thing in the morning to schedule. While an A/C problem was obviously frustrating for us in the heat we have right now (8/26/2020), we had top notch service with Jeremy. He was thorough during his inspection, found the issue and was informative when discussing the repair. The office was helpful and obtained our warranty and claim information for us. Jeremy got to work immediately and went above and beyond my expectations. Very pleased!

    Welsch installed the unit on 10/1/14 and failed to give the homeowner or realtor the warranty information. I found the warranty inside the condenser unit outside when checking for leaks. Now the unit is not under warranty and is leaking refrigerant. Welsch honored the warranty and agreed to pay for parts. I am very pleased with the results.

    I was charged for service that I did not receive. The technician was to repair my AC but once air unit turn back on, it click back on after it reset. The tech that wrote up the service order lied about what he done, not knowing that I had a camera in the basement monitoring his work as well as my husband accompanied him downstairs. He stated that he replaced the filter, cleaned ducts and vents, and unclog the drain which none of the above was done. I will be honored to pay for my bill once I received the service and product that I’m being charged for.
