Nick did a great job of troubleshooting the issue with my A/C unit and resolved the issue as it was low on Freon and not turning on. Gave great advice for things to look for and was very personable.

Office staff didn't know their tech's schedule, a Friday appointment was pushed back to Monday for a house full of kids and pets, with no AC. Also, had to call twice before they even scheduled the first appointment. There's a difference between being busy and being irresponsible.

We have used Welsch for the past ten years. Always prompt and courteous. Things are fixed correctly the first time and we aren't pressured to buy things we don't need.
