The technician did a great job with the maintenance on my furnace unit. He arrived on time as expected and was very professional. He completed the task in just under an hour and explained to me an issue he spotted that may cause issues in the future inside my unit. He was great with answering questions and explaining the parts of the furnace. He was patient, honest and thorough and did a great job educating! I have the furnace functioning properly again!
