The technician and his assistant who came to the house were competent and polite. They installed a complete top-of-the-line A/C and furnace skillfully, carefully and efficiently. It was amazing how many tasks they completed in one day! And a follow-up visit by Steve in the service department to help me connect online and understand the new thermostat was also very helpful. In the course of this installation I had many questions, and the Rhymes team patiently answered all of them.
