Excellent service. Quoted and installed a new furnace in less than three days and were by far the least expensive of all the quotes I got. I will use them for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Adam was very helpful and efficient giving us advice on the best thermostat to purchase for our needs. He came back the next day and installed it giving us all the info we needed. Everyone involved from the person answering the phone when we called to Adam finishing the job was professional. Thank you

We had a new cooktop and exhaust fan installed. The exhaust fan was not an easy connection but Rhymes built a custom box for it. I called Rhymes and Michael was really helpful. He explained what needed to be done. Randy came out with all the materials and completed the project professionally. Other HVAC companies said it would take hours but because Randy came prepared it did not take that long. The cost was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend Rhymes based on my experience with them.

I have used this company before and I liked how affordable it was and the response time. My a/c unit outside went out. They came and found that my compressor was bad on the unit. due to the age they suggested to get a new one and I did. The helped me through the financing, which was real easy and was told it would be a week before they could install it. I told them I have kids and it's about to get hot again, is there any way we can do it sooner and they were able to do it the next day. They came out and got it done. I couldn't been anymore grateful for them and making this happen. Thanks again and will definitely be using them on my next hvac needs. We are under construction with an addition. If possible, we would like to use our existing furnance and air conditioner to cover our addition. Our appointment was with Steve, he was very professional and thorough. We are waiting for follow up to ensure we will be able to work with existing system as well as quote on project. We were very impressed with Steve! At this point, we would highly recommend Rhymes Heating and Cooling.

I called Rhymes yesterday morning (our 3rd 100 degree day in a row) and they said they would not be able to come until today (Thurs afternoon) .. about an hour or so after the initial contact they called me back and the Service Manager came out himself at about 2 pm and got me up and running. He said that he normally doesn't do these calls but he was so great to come out and get me fixed up and then he said he doesn't carry the tablet to get my invoice or take my payment. They emailed it to me today to take care of online. I have called them in the past and they are always great. I would absolutely recommend to others.

All went well. The techs were friendly. They put down tarps over the carpet, and cleaned up after installing my new furnace and AC unit.

Aaron came out the next day and had the new thermostat up and running within a half hour. Thanks for the quick work!

Steve was very professional and explained all aspects of the job clearly, Made the process very easy. Glad we picked Rhymes to do our maintenance going forward. Everyone I have dealt with at Rhymes have been great to work with.

My humidifier was also cleaned, and new filter installed. I trust this company. Technician, Adam, was very professional, courteous, friendly, on time and competent. Prices are very reasonable.
