Rhymes Heating & Cooling

Just a standard clean and service of our furnace. Arrived in the window given, called 15 mins before arrival. Everything seemed to be out back the way it was when the tech was done and he reminded me to reset the thermostat temp. My expectations were met.

Everyone I’ve encountered at Rhymes over several services has been friendly & professional. Some of the names are Darren, multiple Steve’s, Mike, & Ron (but I’m sure I’m forgetting at least a couple). They are responsive to messages, communicate well and are punctual with appointments.

Our AC went out overnight during this early June heat wave. Called Rhymes early in the morning and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule later in the afternoon. Very appreciative they could get to us as I know they are very busy! Adam was very knowledgeable and shared information about our system as he worked. Had the issue resolved quickly and air cooling again. Thank you Rhymes!

Bought an older home and although their was ac to the second floor it was inefficient and not getting cool. Rhymes came up with the option of a split box which os a small mini hvac for just the second floor They did a great job on install Looks and works very nicely They guys were super nice and respectful to me Would highly recommend

Came out same day on a Monday after very cold weekend. Service tech Aaron immediately diagnosed issue after getting description of the issue, and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Didn't overcharge for service.

First time home owner here & I had reached out to several other companies before theirs explaining my situation about my thermostat, they are the only ones that called me back + kept me informed. One of the owners came out himself & checked what I was trying to explain. He was extremely helpful & they are custom making me a drip pan for my unit / installing my smart thermostat! I highly recommend them.
