Rhymes went out of their way to get me service as quick as possible. I’ve always been able to rely on Rhymes. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years.

Company and technician were very professional and courteous and prompt in repairing my furnace. Technician explained what was wrong and replaced what was needed. Would highly recommend company and this technician. Best all over company to call for your heating and cooling needs!

We are always pleased with Rhyme. We have them come twice a year to check the air conditioners & furnace/boiler & replace filters, etc.

Service was good, Tom was friendly, and knowledgeable.
I have problems with the fact that charge was @ $100 more than quote, and Tom was nor able to honor $30 Veteran coupon listed on the website because it wasn't in his billing system app.

Very professional and will explain everything. They don’t pressure you to buy a new system if you don’t need it. Quick and responsive, too. Can’t really think of anything bad about them.

Have been working with Rhymes H&C on putting together proposal(s) for replacement of our HVAC system. Thus far they are focusing on what is the best fit/system for our home rather than purchasing something more expensive than we need. As such they do care about customer satisfaction and not solely on their own business benefit. Comms are thorough and they are willing to listen and advise….

HVAC system installation completed April 4th 2023 - A/C system replaced; Furnace replaced; Humidifier replaced; install new dehumidifier; replaced hot water tank; modified ductwork as required; added additional dedicated electrical circuit for dehumidifier; installed new smart thermostat in new location.

The quality of work performed was excellent, I profess to being a perfectionist and it was great to see others that had similar attributes. David R. And Antonio T were at the house both days and provided impeccable workmanship. Randy was here Day 1 working new/replacement duct work - he too is a master craftsman.
The installation team was accepting of any thoughts/opinions that I had and was totally focused on providing customer satisfaction.

Steve and Stephen provided excellent details about what system (s) this house really needed rather than just selling a product.

The whole process from start to end was brilliant. If anyone wants HVAC work performed I highly recommend Rhymes - they will not disappoint.

Our service tech arrived in the window given, he was super-friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He gave honest opinions and options for our 14-year-old furnace (what could wait, what were the more pressing repair/replacements). The result was a quieter furnace that we feel confident will serve us well for this season and hopefully more to come. Will never use any other company!
