We had no heat on the coldest day of the year in December.. brrr.. they came out the next day.. so grateful.. would recommend this company for sure!!

Aaron did a great job. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way and was very thorough in his cleaning and checking of our heating system and humidifier. He was very professional and was sure to explain what he was doing and even double checked to make sure he didn't leave a mess behind.

Aaron was amazing. So helpful and explained everything so well. Not only what he was doing but tips to help in the future and save us money. We’ve used Rhymes before and they never disappoint! Great experience. While we hope we don’t need then anytime soon (haha) if we do we’ll be calling them with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

We praise them for excellent communication throughout the installation, experienced confident technicians, and reasonable cost.

They were quick and responsive. I called early in the morning a little around 7:00 a.m. for a possible bad thermostat. They showed up about 3 hours later and replaced the broken thermostat in about 10-15 minutes. Very professional, friendly and were quick to diagnose and fix my problem. Big thanks!

I was highly impressed with the service I received today from my tech!! He was amazing and friendly. Answered all of my questions and found my issue very quickly. My AC unit outside was not kicking on and we did not know why. He had it trouble shooter and fixed within 75 minutes maybe less. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling issues.
