Rhymes Heating & Cooling

I am a new customer of Rhymes and chose them to replace both my AC and gas furnace all at once to finally put an end to the money drain the unreliable old units had become.Knowing that the utility companies offer rebates for more energy efficient equipment, I chose contractors from their lists of partner-providers to obtain quotations. Rhymes was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, provided options at different price points, and flexible on scheduling. The installers were well-prepared, professional, efficient, and courteous, and cleaned up after they finished.

Courteous and professional from start to finish. They were able to repair an older AC unit for us that another company said needed to be replaced. We will definitely be using them for service going forward and buying a new unit when the time comes.

We had Steve out for a quote on our hvac. Even though we didn’t go with Rhymes, he was very helpful, respectful, and kind.

Once again Rhymes came through with sending Riley to do our semiannual system check - this time cleaning & checking our A/C system. Our appointment was scheduled for the afternoon Noon-5 window and we were pleased when he arrived around 12:30. We're extremely satisfied with Riley's quality of work and professionalism. We will probably ask for him again in the Fall.

Very professional company. After scheduling an appointment through their website I was called and had an appointment set up the following day. Steven came out and was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had 2 units that were beyond their lifespan and wanted to replace with high efficiency heat pumps. Their prices were very competitive and product lines were in the top rankings (Carrier was their main product line). As a comparison with a another company who sold Carrier, Rhymes quote came in almost $4k less for the same equipment.

100% recommend getting a quote from Rhymes at a minimum. Based on my experience if your looking for Carrier equipment, they are the way to go.

Rhymes did a great job and was able to schedule quickly. I do think the R22 freon was at top of price scale. We live in STL we need our AC.
